Fantastic property!

This house is so beautiful and comfortable we felt right at home. Wahiawa is centrally located so east to explore all parts of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A Little Slice of Heaven

Mahalo Denny, My family and friends were gathering for the celebration of life for my husband. We made leis danced hula and truly had so much fun. This house was perfect for everyone to relax and talk story. We really appreciated that since we came from Tennessee, Louisiana, Oahu and Kauai.Denny is a perfect host and author of my new favorite book.

Hawaiian Vacation

The house and property were amazing. The house is large and comfortably hosts 8 people. The property can only be described as a perfectly manicured estate. Great location in middle of island with 30 minutes to Honolulu and 30 minutes to North Shore (avoiding rush hours). Denny, the property owner, was always available if needed and a wonderful host.

Peaceful Wahiawa

We had a great time at this VRBO rental! Upon arrival we were greeted by Denny (The rental owner) He was very friendly and had a lot of yummy Hawaiian snacks for us. During our stay if we had an issue we would reach out to Denny and he would quickly respond. Denny handled everything very professionally and within a day. The house had everything we needed and more. Traveling with 3 young kids it was convenient the house had a Pack n Play, High Chair and Outside/Inside toys. When we were hanging out at the home it was nice that the the house stayed nice and cool with the AC and fans. When outside laying under the banyan tree was very relaxing. Overall a great experience! We had 3 families under one roof and the house was so huge we never felt on top of each other! We will definitely recommend this rental to others! Great rental!

Too good to be true, but it is

Our family fell in love with this property and the hosting family. We brought 7 children with us and had some adult family friends come at different times while we were in Hawaii. The house is spacious, has a big lanai, and the gated acreage was beautifully landscaped. The host was accommodating, friendly, and patient. When we booked our reservation, I asked if there was already a pack ‘n play and high chair at the house to use for our baby. The answer was no, but he got both for us to use before we arrived. It was so nice not to worry about bringing those items. The only features I missed from home were a bathtub and a comfortable rocking chair to use with the baby. I hope that this house is still available to rent when we come back to Oahu someday.

Family Gathering and Holiday Celebration

This is a fabulous property!! It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is particularly delightful. Our gathering was family with Mom, three grown kids, spouses and grandchildren. We had a lot of cooks and there was room for everyone. State of the art appliances and equipment and kitchen accessories. We had not all been together for many years. Cooking and eating together brought us all closer. We got to know each other little better and met new family members for the first time. Highly recommend and hope to do it again.

Beautiful, Green Magic in Wahiawa

We are 11 siblings who wanted to have a get together at this time in our lives. Our ages range from 54-79 yrs old. This private gated retreat is in our birth town of Wahiawa. We came from Virginia, California, Oahu and Hawaii Island. It was like coming home again, to be able to stay here. This beautiful historic house has been restored with many modern appliances like the induction stove/oven, air conditioning, lighting and an Apple TV. The dryer even plays a tune when it is finished. As one of my sisters said, “being here is like a dream”. I personally loved hearing the bird songs in the morning and watching the wind play with the tree tops. Coffee and laptop on the lanai was a must. There was a large drawer of clean cloths to use in place of paper towels and we felt good about saving the planet from unnecessary trash. Each of us slept so well in the comfortable beds and no one complained about their backs. Every room was beautifully appointed and the house was well stocked with everything a person would need. The nearest supermarket was close by and took only 5 minutes to get to. Among our favorite features of this property are the the owners. Denny and Carlyn made us feel like we were in Old Hawaii by being such considerate and gracious hosts. Turnkey furnished and a well equipped kitchen made this sibling reunion a success and filled with new happy memories. You will not be disappointed renting here. Aloha.

Very enjoyable stay

My family absolutely loved staying on this beautiful property. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were cozy and fuzzy blankets were provided which I personally loved. Everything was so clean, organized and easy to find. Outside of the house was so quiet and serene. There were so many beautiful things to look at and explore. My kids especially loved watching the koi fish and looking for geckos at night. Denny and Carlyn were super friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely try to stay here again if the opportunity comes up!

FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY

The home is beautiful, beds are beyond comfortable, kitchen has every amenity you coukd ask for. The patio is inviting, complete with comfy furniture and a BBQ! Morning coffee on the patio is quiet; however, complemented with the birds singing...A wonderful way to start the day! We will definately be frequent visitors... Thank you Denny and Carlyn, you are wonderful, special hosts!!
