Long weekend stay
The property was perfect for our large group. Plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and tidy. Location within 15 mins of Wagga town centre.

Large house, very homey
Rhonda was a great host, he house is very large. House has heated tiles, main Areas very tidy. Only down side would be that there's lots of access points through the house but you can only use one door that isn't concreted / easy to carry your items to as we arrived late we had to carry our stuff through the wet grass. Would recommend being able to use the front door / doors next to the garage. Other than that Would stay again! Thank you again Rhonda!

Beautiful pet friendly home
Rhonda was so kind to me and my pets after we were unable to stay at our booking due to flooding and road closures - large property so we only took up one room and the kitchen although it is big enough for a large family! Thank you Rhonda for your hospitality

Perfect for large family gathering
Plenty of parking and room for everyone to spread out, we had 8 adults and 3 children. Large kitchen gave us all room to move at breakfast time.

All you need

Spacious house in a quiet neighbourhood
House was tidy. Rhonda was friendly and attended to our needs promptly. Large kitchen and living areas. House has a good heating system. Lots of space around the house. No issues with parking. We enjoyed staying. About 15 mins to Wagga and Lake Albert is at 5 mins distance. Overall, we were very happy.

Huge property, great for families or couples.
Husband and I drove down from Sydney for his 50th and our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised with such a large property. 4 bedrooms with ensuites and all were air-conditioned which was great. Huge open floor kitchen and 2 big lounge areas to sit and relax. Inground pool was clean and would be great on hit summer days. About 10-15 mins drive to local shops. All in all a great stay. Host was awesome and took the time to check in to make sure we didn't need anything.

Lake Albert getaway
Amazingly large , plenty of parking we had 4 couples staying and there was plenty of room, huge kitchen, 2 large lounge rooms . The heated floors and fire place are a hit very cosy. Now the host Rhonda could not do enough to help with our stay a very lovely lady. We would certainly stay here again

The 4th bedroom is the children's room. It can fit adults in the double bed but the 2 standard single beds are probably more suitable for children although they are of adult size. Single beds are a standard size unless they are a king single.

Best holiday house ever stayed in
From my initial booking through to arriving all went smoothly. Thank you Rhonda for all the follow up and assistance with my holiday. Myself and my 8 grandchildren really enjoyed staying g at the roomy spacious property. Pool is fantastic. Second week was as good as the first stay we had earlier in January

Hutchinson holiday
I decided to take 8 of my grandchildren for a 5 days and wanted a property with a pool. This property was perfect with lots of yard and the pool wa fantastic. Grandkids loved the experience and I will be going back for another 5 days with a different 5 grandchildren and really looking forward to the holiday again. Carolyn

Spacious, relaxing, comfortable, homely
This property is located not far from shops and takeaways, and about 15mins from the RAAF base. It is a very large house on acreage. Some rooms are locked to guests, but it's still a very big home. Beautiful big kitchen...very well appointed. Eggs, milk and butter provided. Big square 8 seater dining table. 2 lovely living areas - one caters for larger gatherings. Lots of beds and ample bedding. Please note that in one room there are 3 beds - a trio bunk and a trundle, however the top bunk and trundle are suited to children, not adults (unless small / light-weight adults) - trundle mattress is currently foam only. All other mattresses are very comfortable (no complaints from 7 out of 8 of us). Bath towels provided. 2 ensuites with the 2 room with 1 x queen bed. 1 two-way bathroom (small-ish - more of the size of a small ensuite) that is off a room with a queen and a single bed. (There is no large main bathroom.) Ducted air con throughout...worked great. Excellent pool and BBQ areas...very relaxing. Quiet, relaxing location. Owner/Manager is extremely easy to work with - excellent communication. Our family group of 9 (all adults aged 22 to 79) have given the owner some tips on how to make future guests' stays a bit more comfortable, and she has welcomed our thoughts gladly - she wants to keep (and is already) making improvements. Very lovely lady. So it was a very enjoyable stay (4 nights in February 2020). :)

Karen and her family were very easy to host and left the house in good order. Karen left me with some productive tips which I have put into place, most of them, and a few that will take a bit longer. Justin and family were easy to host. Temp was 45 degrees so weather wasn't perfect for their stay.
