"Wonderful! I can't say enough about this property. The layout was so spacious and the kitchen and baths well equipped. The 3 car garage was a bonus room with seating, ping pong table, extra refrigerator, and full bath. Our family of 10 adults and 2 two year olds had plenty of big space to all be together and then optional spaces to gather in small groups and play games or watch something different on tv. "Adventured from Florida to check-out Round Top TX and the antique extravaganza … this quaint country cottage , was centrally located to all the surrounding cities. It was very quiet and offered what we needed for the stay. "

"We had a great stay! The house was funky and cute and had plenty of space for us and another family. The kids loved the big field and catching an endless supply of grasshoppers. They also loved the big climbing tree and swings. The outside was nice to sit and drink your coffee and let the kids run wild. The town was close and had some great little restaurants and icecream shops. "

"This place met ALL expectations! You can't find a better place to get away from every day hustle and bustle! The family really enjoyed being outdoors in the pool, grilling and also catching fish as well as watching the deer and other critters.
