El hotel esta muy bien conservado. La habitación "familiar" es amplia y cómoda, aunque ofrecieron tres camas y solo fueron dos y un sofa. El desayuno buffet aceptable aunque con pocos platillos. Se encuentra en lo alto de una calle, nada de comercios o restaurantes alrededor. Se requiere taxi para movilizarse a los sitios de interes, con traslado de 10 minutos.

It was really close to Petra visitor center which was our goal so that was really nice. The room was good and clean. The bathroom was a little small, but it worked fine. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel nuevo y muy bonito muy cerca de Petra
Estuvimos en Petra un amigo y yo por una sola noche, el hotel fue sorprendentemente bonito , boutique y un excelente servicio . la persona que estaba en recepción Mojo fue un excelente anfitrión y nos dio todos los tips para hacer inmejorable nuestra visita a Petra lo cual nos ayudó a hacer la visita lo más completa en un solo día al igual que nuestra estancia en el hotel. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

The hotel room is very modern, the staff is awsome, very helpfull, willing to help and offer options. In addition I was there for my birthday and during dinner, the dim the lights, bring a cake and start singing happy birthaday, it was awsome. Close to Petra (Walking distance), very good breakfast, good hotel and the best the people, coordinating everything even before we arrived

Adresse interessante à Petra !
Petit hôtel sur les hauteurs de Petra, à 700 mètres de l'entrée du site. Nous prenions la voiture pour y aller, car remonter le soir après des kilomètres dans Petra !! De plus les parkings sont gratuits (quel beau pays, de ce point de vue !) L'hôtel a été refait, il est bien mieux que les photos sur le site. Il faudrait songer à les remettre à jour. Petite chambre mais très fonctionnelle avec salle de bain bien pensée (Ch 307), le tout très propre. Un parking privé juste en face, très pratique. Le restaurant est au dernier étage, avec une petite terrasse et une belle vue sur la ville. Restaurant simple avec nourriture locale de bonne qualité, idem pour le petit déjeuner simple mais complet et roboratif pour emmagasiner de l'énergie pour la visite de Petra. Personnel accueillant et serviable, mais seule la réceptioniste parle bien anglais.

it's a very nice small hotel on the hill with a very beautiful city view from the window. staffs are very nice and helpful. the shower cube may be a little small for big guys.

Excellent brand new hotel
This is a brand new hotel with 10-12 minutes walk to Petra visitor center. Beautiful interior. Everybody is very friendly and trying to help. We asked for an iron - delivered within 5 minutes. Asked for refrigerator - same thing. Chef cooked especially for us a vegetarian meal. Definitely recommended.

Hôtel confortable proche du site de Pétra
L'hôtel est proche du centre des visiteurs de Pétra (même si le trajet à pied oblige à un grand détour). Les chambres ont été récemment refaites et bénéficient d'un bon confort. Le petit déjeuner est servi dès 6h30 pour un début de visite de Pétra dès 7h avant la ruèe des visites de groupes.

Wadi Musa is a dirty town with very little to do with the phenomenal Petra and a huge bonus. This hotel is very adequate for this town, not great or even very good but very adequate.

Excellent place to stay!
The 3rd and 4th floor are fully renovated. From the outside, I was skeptical when we pulled up, but it was a gem inside! Really nice sized room, super friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds, and just an all around great experience. The restaurant is humble, but apart from that— I would 100% stay again. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even ordered late night pizza for us! I highly recommend this place if you want something close to Petra, yet reasonably priced.

Comfortable and spacious rooms.
Very clean hotel with a nice rooftop terrace. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. Friendly staff. The hotel is located a bit further out from the Site and from the shops/restaurants.

Was quiet and safe. Staff were excellent: very polite, kind, and helpful always. The location was a 10 minute walk to the visitors’ centre. It was just a short walk to Wadi Musa too which offered a nice change. The whole experience was great!

Wouldn't recommend
I don't know how this compares with the rest of Wadi Musa, but I was not impressed at all, and surprised this hotel has such a high rating. The WiFi didn't work in the room at all, it was only reachable in the lobby area but even when connected it didn't work very well. The room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay. The towels didn't appear to be clean at check-in and I started to get a couple of small bugs in the room on the second day. The bathroom was tiny - the door didn't open fully because it was so crammed. There is also no safe / safety deposit box available despite this being advertised on Hotels.com.

There’s a lot of our guests leave the reviews and we know what we are doing to make our hotel one of the best and we have 3 Wi-Fi networks in hotel and all of it is free and no complaining . A very good hotel for the price. A 10 minute walk to the Petra visitors centre and entrance. The walk back to the hotel is steep. Check in was very good.

Het hotel ziet er zeer verzorgd uit met een mooie badkamer en prima bedden. Kamer de luxe is ruim genoeg. De receptionist was zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Gaf ons een tip voor een originele Jordaanse restaurant. Lag niet ver van Petra visitor centre (ca 600 m) maar lopend zou ik het niet doen. Te steil. We betaalden 40 JOD per nacht incl ontbijt. In toeristisch Petra volgens ons een prima prijs. Zeker een aanrader.
