Colonial style detached family holiday home within walking distance of the village inn. Trewestcot is situated in a quiet location a short drive from the beaches at Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. Trewestcot has large lawned gardens and ample parking, perfect for family holidays.

There is an upstairs games room with table tennis table and pavilion in the garden housing a double shower, wc and barbeque area.Accommodation:

Entrance hall leading to

Lounge - with leather sofas, TV and coffee table (Fireplace is not for guest use)

Dining Room - with large dining table and chairs.

Shower Room - walk in shower, wc, hand basin, heated towel rail.

Kitchen - Well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave with utility room off.

Bedroom 1 - King size bed, decorative traditional Cornish stone fire place, large bay window facing the rear garden.

Bedroom 2 - Twin beds

Bedroom 3 - Double bed

Bedroom 4 - Children's bunk room - (beds measure 6ft 4" by 3ft each)

Family bathroom with bath, separate large walk in shower, wc. and hand basin.

First floor games room with table tennis table. Pull down bed small double - (6ft 6" by just under 4ft) - this is stored away when not required. Please ensure you have notified us if you wish to use this bed.

Outside - Trewestcot has large mature gardens to the front and rear.

Separate pavilion with double shower, wc and barbecue.

Parking - ample parking on gravelled drive.

The property is approached over a gravel drive with level gravel paths to the front Veranda of the property, where there is a step up onto the Veranda and a second larger step up into the porch of the property.

Once inside there is level access to all rooms apart from the games room on the first floor which is up a turning staircase.

This property includes linen but please bring your own towels or alternatively, these can be hired locally, details of local hire companies are available in your guest log in.

Pets: maximum of 3 pets are accepted by prior arrangement charges apply per pet for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
