    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Garden (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Bishops View is a charming first floor apartment, occupying a prime position in New Polzeath and benefiting from spectacular views over Polzeath Bay and out to sea.



    Internally, the property offers a light and airy living space with vaulted ceilings. From here patio doors open to a furnished balcony, perfect for al fresco dining and taking in the view. Externally, the property benefits from a communal garden that enjoys far reaching views out to sea.



    The picturesque village of Polzeath is situated on the stunning north Cornwall coast. The area has an abundance of glorious beaches and boasts one of the finest surfing beaches in Cornwall.



    Polzeath is a fantastic base for exploring the delights of North Cornwall. The popular resort of Rock is within each reach; from here catch a ferry across the estuary to nearby Padstow. A charming town characterised by its harbour ambience and reputation for gourmet restaurants and fantastic fish and chips.

Beautiful Views

We had a very comfortable stay. Having 2 small children it was lovely to have a beautiful balcony with views where we could sit outside and enjoy when we got them to bed. So close to a great sandy beach, without the kids only takes 5 mins! Would love to come back and stay again! Thank you!

family half term break

Really nice property, convenient for the beach, just a short walk with the boards. Only down side is Polzeath offers very limited places to eat/ drink out.

Polzeath is beautiful when the sun is out.

Polzeath is beautiful when the sun is out. Unfortunately you are also reliant on surf which surprisingly was poor for October. It is still however one of the best places to visit. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment.

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was so relaxing, spacious and quiet with great views. We brought our daughter’s dog and the garden was safe for her. Lovely to be able to walk out to Polzeath from there and to the beach. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

It was overall a lovely place to stay and very clean .

It was overall a lovely place to stay and very clean . We did not realise it was a flat until we received full confirmation of booking on reflection i probly wouldnt of booked a flat and paid that price . But also due to disabilities and the steps . Other than that we loved it and so did our family

A clean, well fitted property, only a short walk from beach & shops with a wonderful view of the bay through splendid, old cedar trees. A glass balastrade keeps the wind off the terrace. The housekeeper was efficient & friendly. A very relaxing stay. Loved the rabbits! We will visit again.

My wife and I have stayed at Bishops View on about 5 occasions now and we have been very pleased with it. The property is very comfortable, well equipped, with a homely feel and great views. The owners have thoughtfully provided many DVDs, CDs, games and books for guests' use. The location is brilliant being within walking distance of local shops and the very good North Cornwall surfing beach at Polzeath. We will no doubt be visiting again.

One of the best views we’ve had in Polzeath. Cosy little place. Second bedroom is a little snug but we spread our stuff everywhere else. Nice size bathroom. It ticked a lot of boxes.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. The only small issue is that there are no shops or restaurants in New Polzeath and the walk to Polzeath is a bit strenuous, although quite nice across the beach.
