I was surprised there was hardly any room service options. Other than that it was a great stay and I would highly recommend the Pan Pacific! Great river view too!

Great greeting, Peter and Astra were so gracious explaining the amenities and hotel Room was exceptional with a river view and lounge access - all wonderful. The included breakfast buffet delicious and varied. Concierge helped with luggage and a quick overview to kings park etc which made me hope ...
