    Located across the street from picturesque Lake Waco and just a 15-minute drive to downtown, Magnolia Market, and McLane Stadium, our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect retreat. Our home also features a bonus room equipped with a standing desk and formal dining table, ideal for remote work or family meals.

    Comfort and Convenience:

    - Bedrooms: Two queen beds, one full bed, and one twin rollaway bed comfortably sleep up to 7 adults.
    - Family-Friendly: A pack-n-play and high chair are available upon request.
    - Spacious Backyard: Enjoy a large backyard perfect for outdoor activities and pets. In July 2024, a new flagstone patio and propane firepit with a seating area were installed. (Pictures coming soon!)
    - Updated Interior: Our fully renovated home features modern amenities while maintaining a charming Texas-themed design.

A very comfortable stay. The home is very clean, rooms are spacious, comfy beds, large kitchen. Large backyard too. Neighborhood is not very walkable, must cross a busy street to get to the lake and side street is busy too, but we were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family gathering.

We celebrated Thanksgiving and I was ver impressed with the well stocked kitchen. Also, my family loved the fire pit and comfy living room.

State Tennis Tournament

We stayed in Waco for a TAPPS state tennis tournament. We were able to bring our two dogs and family. We ate multiple meals at the house, enjoyed relaxation time when not at the courts and accommodations were great!

Absolutely perfect!!

We stayed here for family Christmas with our grown children and it was the best time ! The house was spotless, beds super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the cute house details made our stay even better! Fantastic host and we would rent again any time !

Great Stay

House was very clean and ready for us, including some snacks and cupcakes waiting for us upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable. We will stay here again!

Very clean property adjacent to Lake Waco

We were very impressed with this spotlessly clean property next to Lake Waco. Another thing we loved was the secure parking inside the gate at the backside of the home and the beautiful shaded yard with the deck.

State Tennis tournament

Needed a place to stay for a tournament. Less than 5 mins from the tournament location, easy access to groceries, clean accommodations and able to bring our pups! Nice to cook at the house and save time/money on eating out.

Lindsey was a wonderful host and provided an excellent experience to my family and I for our annual holiday time. Quiet neighborhood with quick convenience to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property in Waco

This property was perfect for our needs. We were in Waco for the Half Ironman Triathlon. We had two couples staying here. Great location. Roughly 2 blocks from entrance to the walking/biking trail over the dam at Lake Waco. We will use this property again.

Family friendly stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house and it was perfect for us traveling with dogs and two kids under 2! The owner was very responsive. We found the house well stocked and clean. There also were plenty of options to accommodate 5 adults and 2 kids.

Eclectic charm in a cozy nook

Well we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the cactus casa. Beautiful location with decorative landscape and views. Lindsey is a great resource. She answered any and all of our questions in a timely manner. And made sure that our needs were met. I highly suggest to stay here.

Great for us

Very nice place. The beds were super comfortable and the linens and towels were clean and plenty. The backyard was just what we needed. Would have been nice to have some patio furniture but we made do. Property was close to everything. We would definitely consider this property again for a longer stay in Waco.

Amazing Time!

We came for a girls trip to hang out by the lake and do the winery about 20 min away! This house was perfect because it was in great location to downtown as well. We loved the patio and enjoyed it so much. House in general is very clean and perfectly accommodated our group! Will for sure be looking for this place again if Waco calls us back :)
