The house was clean and roomy. 6 guests out of 7 reported good beds/mattresses. Parking within the gate was preferred in the neighborhood but the gate is terribly narrow for a full size SUV. We messaged VRBO both nights regarding the hot tub not working. Very unfortunate, since that feature was a requirement when we narrowed our choices. The interior was spotless. That back patio had heavy dust on the chairs, cushions and dead leaves piled around the hot tub, grill and stairs. A few guests wished there was soap, shampoo available. We were so excited to have our kolaches in nearby West! ANTS came onto the kitchen counter and invaded the boxes of pastries. Overall 4star. We'd love to give a 5 star if the hot tub worked, porch was clean and no insects.

Great location and amenities. Beds comfortable, hot tub clean, ac works well. The gate is a hazard. Too narrow to pull a car in easily. The cage where mechanics are covered by the gate makes this passageway too narrow. I would mention that for people checking in after dark as we narrowly missed wrecking our rental car.

Excellent rental

Had family come into town for a HS Graduation and this quaint house was perfect. Big open area(Kitchen/Dinning Room/Living Room) was perfect for our family gathering. The hot tub/spa was nice and the secure parking was a bonus. This fit perfect for the 10 of us. The requirements for departure was very simple and easy. If the need arises again we will reserve this place without hesitation. Good job with your rental team. Thanks again

The cottage was in a great location. The interior layout was great for a girls weekend. There are some maintenance issues. Pocket doors were sticking and difficult to open and close. barstools were falling apart Flooring in the kitchen was lifting near the dishwasher. Pantry barn door was also difficult to open and close. Place needs a little bit of work, but overall it is a good place to stay.

Girls Weekend

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Such a cute house! It is very close to downtown in a transitional neighborhood. We had fun in the house and felt safe - especially liked the long driveway for all of our cars.

The Cutest Waco House

Had a great girls trip with some Moms and daughters visiting my Baylor girl. This house is super cute and within walking distance of Magnolia Silos. We cooked a big dinner in the kitchen, and had everything we needed, grocery store a short drive away. Lots of room in this house, we had a great time!

Waco Girls Trip

We booked this property for our girls trip weekend in Waco. It’s a beautiful home and met all of our needs well. The location is super close to Silos and lots of restaurants so that was a nice bonus. The hot tub was a nice feature too. The owner was super responsive and we had no issues.

The Mint House is the best

We could not love this property or the host more! Everything in the home is so well done from the decor to the beds, which are very comfortable. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Waco. Can't wait for our next stay in this amazing property.

Best place to stay in Waco

We just love this house so much. The decor is so perfect. Everything is there to make you feel at home. The beds are very comfortable & the host is one of the best we have ever had. We look forward to staying here on our future trips to Waco.

Great place!!

We had a girl cousin reunion at this home and we can not sing it's praises highly enough. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, super clean, the check in process was just as the owner stated it would be and she left us very clear, specific information about everything we needed. Location is fantastic, especially if you are on a "Magnolia" trip. The one thing I would caution others about is that the front and back steps have no railings and the back steps are pretty steep. We had some older folks with mobility issues in our group and the steps did prove to be a little challenging but everything else was so great that we would absolutely stay there again if we were to ever return to Waco. clean,

Beautiful House - walking distance to Magnola

4 bedroom and 2 1/2 Bath - perfect for the family. Also, a great kitchen! Walking distance to Magnolia and Dr Pepper Museum! Best place ever!

Loved The Morning Walks To Magnolia Press for coffee!

This house has ample room for multiple guests, is very clean and has a great kitchen. The backyard is private and great for pups! Conveniently located to the Silos! Definitely recommend!
