  • This 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms house can host a maximum of 10 guests. This house is just 2 minutes away from downtown Waco and 2 minutes away to Cameron Park Zoo. This outdoor oasis offers everything with a stock tank pool to refresh during the hot day or warm up during those cooler nights and a firepit to make smores afterwards! A fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor gas grill to cook and enjoy our Texas weather. We have something for everyone here at the Cowboy Pool House!

This property was perfect for a Ladies Get-Away. FOUR bedrooms and the kitchen was so big. The "Heated Cowboy Pool" was as advertised. Everything we wanted to see was within 5-10 minutes of the property. The host was very responsive to all my questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Great option for a stay near downtown Waco

We had a great stay, even though it was a bit short. The cowboy hot tub was a fun addition, I just wish the weather had been a bit nicer so we could have spent more time outside!

Beautiful Home in Waco

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, both kids & adults! The location was perfect for seeing the sights in downtown Waco. We loved the backyard & it's extra amenities (heated pool, fire pit). The tankless water heater allowed everyone to enjoy hot showers. Would rent again for our next trip to Waco!

We had a great stay at this home in Waco! The house was very clean and met all our needs for a comfortable visit. Close to Baylor

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the house has everything you need & it’s close to the Baylor campus. The owner Sharon went above & beyond to return an item we left behind which was very much appreciated!

Great time

We had a great time!! Location was very close to all fun activities in Waco. Some parts of home and property were a little rough. Yard was nice but could be cleaned up. Nice large home for our group of 9.

Perfect Waco Stay!!

The value of this property can’t be beat! Comfortably hosted 7 adults, and the description of the accommodations was spot on. We were quite at home with the house and privacy even in a residential area.

We had a wonderful stay. Backyard was cute. Not much comfy seating in living room. We had to sit at the table. Air worked great! Supplied plenty of towels. Could use a grab bar to get into the shower! It is really deep! Great shower though! Host was easy to contact.

Not 2 Mins from Silos, Dilapidated Area with Boarded Up Windows everywhere, and Bad Inside Smells

I am shocked and appalled at this being a valid VRBO listing. You can tell that the owner recently redid the house but we pulled up to the next door neighbors and the entire neighborhood having boarded up windows. For three girls, this felt extremely unsafe. We ended up moving to a hotel and host didnt provide any monetary relief or apologies on our booking even though we were there for maybe 15 minutes total because we were so uncomfortable. Even the front desk at hotel said thats known as a crime ridden neighborhood that no one should stay in. Additionally, the house was recently redone and the cleaning smell was so overwhelming it gave us a headache. It seemed like they were trying to cover up bad smells after fixing it up. There is also no AC, just portable ACs throughout house. Lastly, this is not 2 mins from the Silos as advertised. This is a pure 6 minute DRIVE to the Silos, not walkable at all. I am still in shock at this being allowed to be listed and the lack of any response (the owner didnt even answer my phone call). You can tell they put money into this place to make it look nice from the photos but the area hasnt gentrified, not even close, and is in an extremely bad area and falsely advertised on how close it is to the Silos. You will save a ton of money, be in the heart of downtown and in a secured building if you just stay at a downtown hotel.
