The property is nice and private. Needs some updates tho. Unfortunately, the property had not been cleaned when we arrived. After multiple attempts to contact the owner, Chris, we cleaned it ourselves including changing bed linens. Chris sent a written message around midnight. No response until I finally called VRBO. He did return some money after VRBO called him. I spent 6-7 hours of my time off cleaning and trying to resolve this issue. Very disappointed.

The place was cute, but could definitely use some upgrades. Ceiling fans in living room and kitchen area didn’t work correctly (wobbly like it’s not mounted correctly), one of the couches was broken & looks like a dog tried to eat the handle?

Peaceful stay

This home provides a peaceful stay in a quiet country setting just minutes from the freeway! This was our 4th stay and we will definately stay again! Chris is a great Host that is very responsive. I highly recommend this Host and home!

Relaxing Stay

This home is conviently locate near the freeway in a quiet country-like setting. Very comfortable and quiet. Chris is a very responsive Host. This was our 3rd stay and we are back on the 30th. I highly recommend this Host and home.

Clean and Quiet

The property is clean and quiet. It’s a duplex, so I suppose that could affect the quiet, but there was an unrelated group in the adjacent side and we didn’t realize that until leaving the next morning. Communication was clear and met our needs. Would stay here again.

Cute, clean, quiet farmhouse close to Waco

The Farmhouse (1/2 of duplex) was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was so quiet but only 10-12 minutes to Baylor, we were there for family weekend. This is a great place to unwind and disconnect with comfortable bedrooms, living room and a nice relaxing bathroom.

Lovely Home

This is a lovely home that is well appointed. Easy access to freeway yet also very quiet. While it is a duplex, it is obviously well built because we never heard the other couple next door until they were leaving. The living room has reclining lazy boy rockers that are very comfortable. Chris is a very "hands-on" owner and replied to us quickly before and during our trip. 5 Stars and we are looking forward to our return trip over Labor Day. Thanks Chris!

Concert Stay

Booked this property for one night for a concert that was in town. Duplex is clean and decorated very well. They neighbors were very nice but when they left their dogs howled for hours. The walls are thin and you could hear everything. So sad to hear dogs cry for so long.

My only complaint is that there was some missing panels in the fridge so we dropped some food unexpectedly but otherwise the house was great. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed the night sky!

Great property, feels like country just minutes from all the fun of Waco. The night sky was brilliant with stars and a bright moon, loved the charm. Property owners were easy to communicate with and available if needed.

The owners were quick to communicate and very accommodating when I accidentally mixed up the dates of my trip. I had a moving truck towing a car and an SUV and parking wasn’t an issue.

Cute!

Great little place. Parking was a little wonky. 3 other cars in the same driveway before we got there. Place was clean and simple. Quiet area and back porch was nice looking although we didn’t use it. Love that it was pet friendly. Honestly was a big reason we chose it. Coffee selection was nice! But wish they had water bottles in the fridge as well.

Super cute and clean!

This was my first time staying in a place that wasn't a hotel when traveling and it definitely was a great experience. It was a very warm and welcoming environment. Decorations were super cute and it was very clean for us. The location was quiet and the scenery was beautiful. I definitely recommend staying here.
