Plenty of Room
We were in town for a workshop and needed the space to prep. The large dining room table was perfect for the assembly line of items. We all had our own private rooms and wished we had booked an extra night to truly enjoy the living spaces inside and out.

Nice and Relaxing
Stayed here for our visit in Waco for the Waco 70.3 1/2 IronMan. Loved this place. This house is huge with plenty of Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Loved the kitchen area as we didn’t eat out much and cooked there. The outdoor area was perfect. The weather was perfect for lighting fires on the fire pit and just relaxing in the huge backyard area. The entrance into the property is secured and locked with plenty of outside lighting. The host was great and answered all questions quickly when we had them. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing, perfect for big group
We absolutely loved this house and will definitely want to stay here again. We had 6 couples and lots of littles under 5. The owner sent us extremely detailed information ahead of time about all of the amenities, check in, info on appliances, etc. which was very helpful for coordinating with the group. It’s fully gated and could fit all of our cars inside which was awesome. The bedrooms are big and everyone mentioned that the house was so comfortable, clean, and spacious. The owner is very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Even with a big group, there were plenty of basics like towels and trash bags. I would highly recommend this house to any big group.

Gorgeous home in perfect spot!
We rented this house for our Waco Wild West cycling trip. We are a big group of ladies that prefer to stay together and have access to the kitchen. Speaking of that, the kitchen is marvelous! Did I mention they have a full drawer of Keurig cups? The rooms are spacious, and each bathroom has plenty of towel and good shampoo and soaps. Roberto the host is very prompt with his replies, and very easygoing. We will definitely come back for next year! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house!

Perfect spot!
This place is amazing! had plenty of rooms and beds for everyone who joined us for a mini vacation to Waco! i love how close this house is to all the fun things Waco has to offer! check in is easy, house was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of parking and all around a nice place!! 10/10 recommend this place to stay~

Perfect stay for my wedding weekend
My bridal party and I stayed here for the weekend of my wedding, and it was the perfect space for us. SO much space, great living/lounging areas, and a big dining room space and table that served as a great place for hair and makeup artist to work their magic. Would absolutely recommend!

We used the house for a girls trip, and it accommodated us all very comfortably. The house is beautiful and was conveniently located near everything we needed for our visit. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive.

Birthday Celebration
A group of friends rented this beautiful house to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Our original date was in February, but due to a crisis, we had to reschedule to March. The host graciously worked with us at no additional cost, even though we missed the cancellation deadline. All of the instructions in the welcome packet were accurate & thorough. When we had a concern the host responded immediately & solved our issue. The house was absolutely beautiful. The host’s attention to details did not go without notice. The motivational signs were inspiring. The house was clean & well-stocked. The only addition I would add would he at least 1 TV upstairs. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Waco.

Great experience
This historic house is absolutely beautiful. It has a great location near to Baylor and wonderful restaurants. We were able to spread out and have great conversations. I thought it was well stocked and had everything you need for a wonderful stay! We hope to come back soon!

The house is LOVELY! The location is great - very safe. The house is so large and room to spread out. The kitchen is wonderful , all bedrooms a good size, and all of the amenities. The Perfect Getaway Home!
The host thought of everything! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bathrooms and kitchen had basic supplies. There were plenty of towels. There were a lot of extra blankets which was nice for the winter weather. The thermostats were easy to use and worked very well. The host's instructions were referred to many times during our stay and very clear!

Amazing property!!
Spacious, clean, comfortable, home. Plenty of room for all our (15) guests. Although we had a lot of rain during our stay, the home was big enough so that people could spread out and get away, but rooms cozy enough that we could get back together again to play games, visit, and eat.

Perfect for Large Family
Had a wonderful one night stay in this absolutely spacious gem of a property. The number of bedrooms was perfect for the size of our family (I think we had 9 family members total). The kitchen is lovely and the space is well appointed. There are two living areas and a nice kitchen table. We enjoyed both. My one and only complaint is probably the same complaint as the owner - the back patio table and chairs were decorated with sap. Just bring a towel or other comfy item to keep from the sap if you want to use them. Our crew especially enjoyed the spacious back patio since the weather was lovely. We had some older people in my group so most of the sights were not close enough to walk, but the home is easily walkable to some of the great sights offered by Waco! Roberto was super responsive via text and even let us check in a few minutes early. Highly recommend.

Girls Trip July 4th, 2022
We had a group of 10 women. All related. All coming from different states and directions. Our host was very responsive and informative. He even allowed one of our family members from Tennessee an 11:00 a.m. check in because she had an early flight arrival. This home is beautiful and accommodating. It was perfect for our trip of 10 women. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary drawer full of coffee and tea pods! The kitchen had everything you needed except ziplock bags, Saran Wrap and aluminum foil, which I forgot to bring. That was an easy fix though😉 We found it very convenient that all our excursions were only 10 minutes away-so convenient! I would book this home again! Connie Gutierrez

Location for our team leadership retreat.
The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Only real issue was one of the couches is completely broken down so we could not use that area very comfortably. Everything else was perfect .

The property is as nice as the pictures indicate, plenty of room to visit, and the kitchen is very well stocked, all the dishes and cooking utensils, you could ask for. An older home that has been updated and well maintained.

Easter Retreat
Property was clean and large...plenty of bedrooms for our family. We rented the home for Easter weekend and even hid eggs for my 3 year old granddaughter. So fun! It was nice to have a place to spend quality time with family.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend @ The Silos
Our group stayed here for a girl's weekend. Everything was lovely. We had plenty of space, the home was clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms & toiletries were great, and they had the most well stocked and useful chef's kitchen I've ever experienced in a VRBO rental. The house was also SUPER quiet! We had no outside noises, but also, we couldn't even hear each other - those of us who got up early or stayed up late weren't disturbing anyone's sleep! We felt safe and parking was excellent. Lots of thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

The house was beautiful and just right for a group of friends on a girls trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were close in location to the silos and other points of interest. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend staying in this beautiful house!

Great place for a big group!
We rented this house for 2 nights for a Family Girls Trip in Waco. We arrived a little earlier than check in time and Roberto allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated! There were a few issues: 2 broken coffee pots, but wasn’t a big deal. It made us try some local coffee spots! (Magnolia Press Pecan Coffee was delicious!) We had some issues with the ice machine, but also no big deal — we just got some ice! I read a previous review about the AC not working well. It was hot in the house when we arrived, but the thermostat kept changing. We sent Roberto a message and he was able to fix this immediately. The house stayed cool for the rest of our trip! House was clean, roomy, comfortable beds, plenty of towels! The house location is not walking distance to anything, but everything is a short drive! It was great for our group of 13! Definitely would recommend and stay at this property again! Thank you!

Nicely updated, very large, older home
Overall, we were happy with our stay. Plenty of rooms to spread out and a well stocked kitchen. We had 14 guest, but they only supplied 10 towels. We emailed the manager, but they ignored us. The bottom floor A/C unit could not keep up with the summer heat, so temps creeped above 78 inside during the day. One bedroom upstairs was also very hot. Coffee makers didn’t work. The area is convenient to the zoo and Magnolia, but it is older and several distressed properties nearby. The fences and gates made us feel secure. The home sleeps 14, but the dining table only holds 6 even though there is plenty of space for a more appropriate table. I would stay there again, but not in the summer. I think the price was fair.

Perfect family reunion spot
Seven bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen, backyard and ample gated parking made this a PERFECT spot to gather extended family for a 90th birthday celebration on the Baylor campus.

Beautiful Historic Home with Room for Everyone
Our family just returned from a long multigenerational family weekend at this beautiful historic home filled with tons of modern touches that helped everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. There was a total of 12 of us, 8 adults and 4 teens, in the home and everyone had absolutely enough space to enjoy their own personal space, when needed. The home is located close to many of the well known local attractions but, also gave us the opportunity to enjoy quite evenings watching the lightening bugs with glasses of wine. Thank you Roberto for giving our family the opportunity to relax and enjoy your home, which has now become the inspiration for a yearly family trip.

Girls Trip 2021
We really enjoyed our stay! The appliances were great. We loved the blender and the fancy coffee maker. It was nice to have a table with enough chairs to accommodate 8 people. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. It was nice to have toiletries in all the bathrooms. Overall, it was a nice experience and fun was had by all. We enjoyed exploring Waco and coming home to an inviting place.
