Couple who runs this place are so nice. Rooms are older and very basic but extremely clean. Good for a quick stop. No complaints.

Leak under sink, missing smoke detector, pot baggies (2) in drawers with pot remnants. Very noisy heater. Other than that, it was a cheap place to stay. They advertised breakfast, but there is non.

We had to bring our cat with us because he needed monitoring for medical reasons... the room was surface-level clean, but they clearly hadn't vacuumed or washed under the furniture in a long time, as he dragged endless amounts of dust and debris out as he explored. The room was also quite smelly

While very dated, we found this hotel to be clean and quiet. Great for a quick stay with an attached lounge. For the cost, this hotel was just fine.

TV wasn’t working told them and they didn’t fix it. Had no toilet paper in room when we got there . Lots of bugs and cleanliness wasn’t great

There was no wifi even though it said there was. No coffee though there was a coffee pot. Rooms are large but desperately need updating and a good cleaning. I think the motel is used to groups of workers who stay and not regular vacationers. Overall ok for the price

So we got this inn as it was closest to a wedding that we were attending. We came around 1800hrs to check in and no one was manning the desk. After 20 mins of waiting, calling the hotel, calling the number listed on the front desk, the people who ran the place walked in. I assume they went out for dinner. I don’t have an issue with people going out for dinner but I think what would have made my experience better is if they had a sign stating they were out and when we would expect them to come back as we had a wedding rehearsal that we were almost late for because of this. When the couple walked in, there was no acknowledgment of them being absent. We received keys to our room and on the first floor, you can access the room from the inside and outside. No dead bolts but the door automatically locks from the outside and there is a chain. I had trouble opening the door from the outside. Took many tries. The room itself was alright. It came with a table, a microwave, and fridge. The were only two plug ins. The bathroom toilet paper roll was empty upon arriving and they had a full toilet paper roll on top of the toilet. The beds seemed clean enough. Smelled like an old hotel room. Could use some airing. It had an air conditioner. While we were waiting for service there didn’t seem to be any workers at the restaurant or the lounge to help as well. I think in the end it was an alright experience given the limited choices. They did do housecleaning daily. Did not honor Expedia price.

The facility is dated but perfect for a quick stop. Since there is nothing in the area and the Lounge was closed early in the morning, a coffee machine would have been lovely.

The location was perfect for what I was in Vulcan for. The only disappointed was that the restaurant wasn’t open.

It really needs to be DEEP cleaned. location is why we come back each year. But it realllllly needs better cleaning.

The premises was clean, but definitely needed some updating and renovations. The room and bathroom were clean, but the bed was mediocre for being comfortable.

I’ve seen the pictures of the facility prior to booking and expected the motel to be dated. Checking in went well and we had an exterior door to the parking lot for convenient access to our bikes. However, we found the coffee machine wasn’t cleaned (old coffee plus the film in the pot

Drove into the parking lot and saw the disrepair of the building, dirty doors, blinds hanging off the windows and turned around and left.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. I liked the fact that the floor was mainly tile and very little carpet in the room. On the negative side, the restaurant was disappointing and breakfast was basically toast and hard-boiled eggs. There wasn't even any coffee available. The heat wasn't working in my room ( it was -10 overnight) and I had to get extra blankets brought in.
