"Wir hatten ein tollen Urlaub in der sehr schönen Ferienwhg. Lea in Rovinj Borik. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schöne Möbel, toll ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme Betten, Regendusche, schöne Terrasse. Es ist einfach alles da, so wie man es von zu Hause gewohnt ist. "Beautiful property in a fabulous location. Straight out the door into the old town. Swimming from the rocks and ledges just outside and lots of gorgeous restaurants. Bike hire was a bonus and boat trips a stone a through away. Lots of stairs to get the apartment by you soon get used to it. Very clean and well laid and the views from the terrace balcony were amazing. "

Die Vermieter haben wir kurz kennengelernt, sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die gute Fee, die sonst regelmäßig vor Ort ist ebenso. Die Kommumikation mit ihr über Google-Translate war gut möglich, man wusste sich immer zu helfen. Pool war auch sehr gepflegt und wurde immer sauber gehalten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. "Flott og romslig leilighet med god aircondition, veldig greit med kjøleskap og vannkoker. Beliggenheten er veldig god med nærhet til både gamlebyen og strand. To min å gå til båten som tar deg ut til Katarina og den fineste stranden etter vår mening. Det eneste som ikke fungerte var at dobbeltsengen besto av to enkeltsenger som skled fra hverandre og dette blir enda mer uheldig når man deler på et dobbeltlaken. "

"Preis-leistungsmäßig top! Die Rezeptionistin war sehr höflich und auf zack. Das Appartment war total nett und die Lage ist sehr schön. Parkplatz kostet 1€ am Tag und wenn man Glück hat kann man direkt vorm Appartment parken. Wir hatten unsere 3 kleinen Hunde mit und die haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Hunde waren sehr willkommen bei jedem. Das einzige manko war, dass die Herdplatte nicht richtig funktioniert hat aber man kann auch super essen gehen rundum in den Restaurants oder eine einfache...

Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street.
