"We very much enjoyed our comfortable stay at the White House Apartment. Myself and 2 of my teenagers stayed at this property for 5 nights. We didn’t get the access instructions as Expedia had said but were able to contact the host directly who responded immediately to get us in. Throughout our stay the host was responsive to any queries. "I booked this property and several days later received an email stating it was not available “due to technical reasons “. What does that mean. I searched for a new property, and noted this one was still listed as available on my dates. I booked a different property. 2 months later it was still in my reservation list, the owner never canceled my reservation with Expedia. I called Expedia and spent over an hour of my time trying to straighten it out. It never did get removed from my trip...

"The apartment was perfect. The kitchen was quite functional although only a kettle, no coffee maker. Bed was comfy, as was the living space. There are about 10 steps to get to first floor apartment. There is no sign on the building or a house number. The front of the building facing the ocean has a restaurant on it. There is a Tommy market at the side street to turn on. Do not use the directions on hotel.com!! Get the coordinates from the owner!!!"
