Luxury Traditional Stone House in Vrasna

Luxury stone house (semi-detached house) approx. 130 m² with approx. 20m² terrace. Located in the quiet village of Vrasna, above the Strymonian Gulf, it has been renovated in traditional Macedonian style. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Free WiFi Internet, Smart TV including NETFLIX programs, and DVD. A car is recommended!

The living room

The house has been completely renovated according to traditional Macedonian architecture. It consists mainly of wood and stone. In the ground floor is the onehit living and dining room with open kitchen (about 60m ²). The rooms are on the 1st floor, comfortable (13-15 m²) and are exclusively furnished. The bathroom is about 8m² and has a shower. On the ground floor there is an additional WC with washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A baby cot can be delivered. No air condition, fans in all rooms. Towels, linens, soap, shampoo and all essentials for the beginning are available. The terrace is about 20m ², covered and has a nice seat with dining table for 6-8 people.

Access to all the rooms of the house. Distances by car: 1 hour to Thessaloniki and airport, 1 hour to Kavala,
1 hour to Agios Oros (Athos), 45 minutes to Amphipolis, 45 minutes to the sand dune beaches of Peramos. 5 Mins to the beach of Vrasna!
