"This home was even nicer than it appeared in the listing photos. The decks are enormous and provide an ocean view as well as a hillside view. This house is the last house on the road so the view across the hillside is unobstructed. The neighborhood beach is across the street and we never saw more than 3 or 4 people on it. "First Madame Mango (cat) is a great ambassador for the property. From the first day, she would greet us upon arrival. The instructions Matt gave us led us right to the property. Grounds - It was quiet, very green, beautiful grounds and a cacophony of birds singing us to sleep at night. We were able to pick and eat some of the fruit on the property. "When we arrived the instructions were very clear and if we had a question they responded really quickly! I came with 4 friends and everything was clean, there was some chocolates on the table and it was really welcoming :) Also the house is fully equiped with towels, hygene things and the kitchen has a lot of things included such as rice cooker or minioven. The location is perfect, as is a quiet place and not far from anything!!! (just the birds at night that make the noise hahah)"
