Para disfrutar
Es un hotel fantástico, sobre el mar con playa privada de piedra pero muy limpia, ideal para tomar el sol y chapucarse.

Kind receptionists, reasonable price in relation to the general quality of the service, room was cleaned accurately every day, nice and relaxing sea view from the room. The hotel is located 5km away from the downtown, so it is an optimal solution if you are looking for a relaxing hotel, far from the downtown noise. Breakfast variety might be enhanced.

Dear Arber, we feel sorry to hear such a feedback from you. The hot water is one of our primary goals toward a guest`s staying. We constantly checked it to be sure. Who wouldn't love it a hot shower?! The receptionist asked you about your staying and you did not let us know anything. Anyway you are welcomed another time . Best regards !

Dejligt hotel, hvis man bestiller havudsigt, dem med bjergudsigt var lidt trætte. Det meste af personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme. Kan godt bo der igen, selvom det er en lang gå tur til byen. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men frisk.

La promozione beffa di Hotels.com
La camera che ho acquistato sul vostro sito Hotels.com non corrispondeva a quella che mi è stata assegnata dall'hotel: in sostanza ho pagato per una camera superior ed ho ricevuto una standard. Ho controllato con i responsabili dell'hotel la comunicazione e la descrizione della stanza che voi di Hotels.com avete inviato a me, per conferma della prenotazione, e a loro, per riservarmi la stanza e non coincidevano. Di fatti, al momento della mia prenotazione, mi avete venduto in (finta) promozione una sistemazione superior vista mare e all'hotel avete comunicato una camera matrimoniale vista spiaggia senza nessuna specificazione. Questa si chiama truffa. All'hotel hanno comunque cercato di venirmi incontro assegnandomi una superior vista montagna, ma era molto più piccola e meno bella della sistemazione che avevo scelto. Trovo incredibile la superficialità /malafede con cui Hotes.com ha gestito la mia prenotazione. Vergogna.

Ok, absolut inte mer
Ok, absolut inte mer. Slitet hotell som skulle behöva renovering om de ska fortsätta ta så mycket betalt. Rummen som finns på foto fanns inte tillgängliga. Mycket dåliga sängar, AC som inte fungerade enligt önskemål.

Sea front hotel.
Nice sea side hotel with well turned out rooms with sea facing balconies. Hotel has parking and a long restaurant terrace facing the sea. There is a road between the hotel and the sea front, but still nice.

We chose this hotel because they had an outdoor swimming pool because kids love swimming pools. . When we got there they told us that the pool is not ready yet. And it’s up to 27 That’s was the only things we weren’t happy with. Other than that I don’t have any complaint.

Nice hotel, I had a good room on the top floor with a sea view. Secure car parking at the rear. A few nice restaurants in the vicinity. The room was clean, nice large bed. Either I didn't figure the air conditioning properly or it didn't work well as I was hot in the night. The wifi was too weak on the 4th floor too and I had to use 3G. Overall though, a perfectly adequate hotel. Don't know about the beach in front as I was only staying overnight, so didn't really check that out.

Hotel con buona posizione, bella camera e vista sul mare, spiaggia privata con mare pulito, ma con servizi al cliente poco tempestivi (es. riparazione problema acqua calda). La hall dovrebbe essere abbellita ed il personale dovrebbe essere più cordiale.

Vacanza a Valona
Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato una settimana. L'Hotel è gradevole, sia le camere vista mare sia quelle vista monte sono abbastanza ampie, soddisfacenti e pulite. Abbiamo avuto un problema alla porta-finestra che dà sul terrazzino esterno, confortevole, che è stato risolto senza problemi. La colazione è a buffet, gradevole. Il servizio di ristorazione per il pranzo e la cena è buono, con cibo fresco. Davanti l'Hotel c'è la spiaggia con sassolini ed un mare stupendo; gli ospiti dell'Hotel hanno accesso alla spiaggia senza altri oneri. E' possibile anche usufruire della piscina dell'Hotel, sino alle ore 18.

One of the best hotels I’ve been so far in Albania. Very clean. Friendly staff. So close to the beach. I felt I was staying on the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Thank you for your kind compliments. We apologise for the fact that the swimmingpool was already closed, due to the weather we had to decide to close it, also to early to our liking. You did go into the sea in stead we hope?!

The bed was very comfortable. The shower head was broken, and the shower leaked. I would definitely stay there again.

We are glad to read thjat our new beds in the superior and deluxe rooms are so comfortable that you will come back. Sorry about the shower, we did check all bathrooms in the meantime.

Not satisfied!
We were not at all satisfied with this hotel. Deserves no more than 2 stars. Both rooms were dirty, the bathroom had no real door and had mildew and fungus in the shower. The hotel is situated in a really busy street with lots of traffic and noise. Only thing good about the place was that it had parking and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was also ok.

We have discussed again with the housekeeping team the importance of clean rooms and the task they have to inform the reception staff when there is something not OK in the rooms. We have changed our internal procedures and cleanliness and service are key subjects to all of us. We hope that one day we may show you differently.

Not a 4 star Hotel
Firstable hotel's receptionist has given by phone a higher price from the price of Hotels.com/Expedia, not a 4 Star hotel room condition, good breakfast included but poor service, poor service also in the terrace - bridge , waiter instead to take the order was eating crostata in the bar , in front of all costumer! Service may be enhanced!!! Nice pool and a small but nice beach too! Really need to improve hospitality managment and service!

First of all, thank you for writing the review. Although your experience is not exactly what we aim for, but it does help us to discuss this internally with the team and work together to improve service (also when it is very busy in the hotel, that should not make any difference to our guests). Didn't expect much.
Nice view, just ok breakfast buffet. Pool is decent and the little beach across the street was convenient. No service. Had the main light out in bathroom, hair dryer didn't work and even started smoking. Told front desk, girl said OK, guy will be in tomorrow to fix it. Wife said don't you want to write that down? Only then did they ask what room number. As expected not fixed. Hotel has central AC. Not controllable by the room. Our daughters' room was hot. 2nd day the AC in the hotel quit entirely sometime during the night. Thank goodness we only stayed the 2 nights.

Nous avons réservé une chambre à 65€. La chambre était simple et la literie très très ferme. Nous avons demandé une chambre avec une catégorie supérieure avec balcon et vue sur la mer. Notre demande à été acceptée pour 20€ de plus. Et là, la chambre était beaucoup plus grande et avec une literie très confortable. La chambre n'est pas très moderne mise a par une télévision intégrée dans le miroir. Très grand hôtel, donc au petit déjeuner, beaucoup de monde et de qualité moyenne. Des tavernes sont presentes près de l'hôtel. Séjour agréable

Dear Valerie, Thank you for bringing the subject up in your kind review. It is true that our standard rooms have different bedding from the superior and deluxe, hence the price difference. We hope to have changed all beds next year, but for now we offer the standard rooms with a basic comfort. With respect to the breakfast, we will definitely look into that in order to improve! Glad to see that overall you had a fine stay.

Great family hotel in Vlore, Albania
We found a very clean hotel, with guarded parking, very nice rooms 425 was a cornerroom whith very nice view! Internet was slow, and the brekfast was not good, but OK. I would recomend it, but have no experience with other hotels in Albania - so might not be better than others.

Keine isolierung der tür/fenster.... Beim frühstück dauerte es ewig, bis obst nachgebracht wurde. Die krapfen hingegen waren toll.

Motard de passage. Très bon séjour, bien placé, vue mer, hôtel bien entretenu, bon restaurant. Service pro et confort de la chambre. Coté piscine très agréable. Parking à l'arière.

Helt greit for tre karer på tur:)
Var der utenfor sesong så hadde så og si hele hotellet for oss selv, og spesielt pool-området. Servicen var grei, rommet var bra og beliggenheten helt grei. Frokosten var ikke noe særlig, men helt ok. Pluss: sykt billig!

Dette hotelet var ikke noe bra ! Vi byttet hotell etter at vi så rotter rundt bassenget og kakerlakker inne. Dusjen fungerte halvveis.bra mat hos naboene. Betjeningen var ikke spesiellt å skryte av generelt fryktelig dårlig! Vi flyttet til et hotel nærmere byen som var helt fantastisk ikke så langt unna. Vi rørte ikke mini baren! Men vi ble pålagt å betale for 2 flasker, orket ikke krangle om det så vi betalte og kom oss avvgårde. Hotel international midt i byen er mye bedre! Hyggelig betjening

Albergo 4 stelle che per lo stato della manutenzione nella camera da me occupata, appare trascurato in alcuni particolari. Mancanza di accappatoio, supporto erogatore doccia non funzionante, accumulo massiccio di acqua all'interno del piatto doccia per evidente ostruzione del tubo di scarico. Servizio ristorazione non conforme allo standard 4 stelle.

Udemærket hotel. Den tilhørendes strand er smal og kan være overfyldt. Poolen er ok. Der er meget trafik foran hotellet.

Bra läge men dålig service
Familjen har spenderat två fantastiska veckor i det vackra Vlore, men hotellet levde inte upp till sina 4 stjärnor. Frukosten var enkel och enahanda. Städningen på rummet var dålig, det rullade dammråttor under sängarna och vi fick sällan handdukar till alla i familjen. Den fina stranden som hör till hotellet hölls inte fräsch. Hotellpersonalen hade stora svårigheter att hjälpa till med att ordna transfer till flygplatsen i Tirana, trots att det erbjuds från hotellets hemsida.

Direkt am Meer mit toller Aussicht. Wichtig bei der Buchung wäre zu betonen, dass man ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht auf das Meer möchte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Bedeinung nett. Alles in Alllem kann man sagen, dass es ein Hotel zum Empfehlen ist. Auch die Stadt Valona ist ein Ort den man mal sehen sollte. Die Ufferfron wird gerade von allen Mauern und Gebäuden geräumt und man sollte in Kürze eine tolle Strandpromenade sehen und geniessen können.

Very modestly
We are staying only one night, and we were boring with everything: With crowds on the streets, rude waiters, very poor service, dirty pool in the hotel, very poor breakfast etc. For sure we will not be there again. Hotel is from 2 to 3 stars maximum
