As you encounter the outdoor environment, you will immediately feel that this villa is perfectly integrated into the landscape, thanks to its distinctive appearance. The ground floor of the villa welcomes you with a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a fireplace for evening gatherings, and a toilet. On the first floor, discover three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, providing you with an intimacy and comfort that is unmatched. In the basement, the party proctor is waiting for you. A room equipped with billiards, table football, and darts is ideal for relaxing and competing with friends. There is also a separate bedroom, in an additional part of the house, which provides guests with additional flexibility.

But the real gem of this villa lies in its 1,200 m² outdoor space. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, this villa offers a breathtaking view.
