"This property was great. It has everything and more that you will need and want for just a weekend stay or a long week stay. Great lake access with a great dock that you can dock your boat, fish off of, or just sit and enjoy the great lake views. We fished for 4 days straight all over the lake and caught our biggest fish right in front of the dock here. The owners are just next door and will help with anything you may need. We cant wait to get back."

"We had the best time at this house. The only thing that was missing was a dishwasher, but we made it work thank you to Roxanne for being a great host and getting back with me whenever I had a question we would definitely return one day I would recommend it to anybody that needs a getaway. It’s way out in the country Right on the river."

"Our Family Reunion was a hit. We're extremely Happy with this Host and Lovely Home.It was peacefull and relaxed. We just had death in the family and didn't know if we would still come. But it worked out and this place is a charm. Will be coming back . Worth every penny."

"Had a lovely time at Sanders Lodge. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out, the lake is much more beautiful in person than the pictures give it credit. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer. "

"Truly a luxury home. Fish off the dock or even the top deck (we brought our own equipment). Three miles from Orlandeux’s for the BEST shrimp and grits and just a few miles in the other direction for boat rental. The home was well appointed, air worked great (important in the summer heat), very roomy, and view was amazing. Will stay here again for sure! "

"What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!"

"This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first time! Very sweet, cozy, peaceful place. The ring toss game on the porch was a nice touch! Zach communicates very well and the check-in process is a breeze. Providing body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and creamer, snacks, and a couple of bottles of water is so nice! We hope to come back to Jefferson soon and will definitely stay there again!"

"This was a work trip for our employees. We are doing an electrical job for a customer in this area. We had an extended stay and the property was always clean and perfect for what we needed. Will be using this property again if we are in the area. "

"It was overall a very difficult stay as the wifi didn't work, we had to go around with tissue to pick up dead bugs off of the ground, the house needs lots and lots of updates, the ac didn't cool past 77 degrees, and I failed to accurately read that there was no washer and dryer and dishwasher so we were expecting those amenities. It also seemed like the outside of the house hadn't been touched in a while with lots of leaves and cigarette butts on the ground and cats running around. "
