"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area. Enjoyed our dinner there! Nice place! Only stayed one night as we are seeing more of the island, but would definitely come back another time."

"Great stay"

"Had a lovely stay here. Absolutely beautiful hotel and dining/pool area, with delicious food and good music! The room was also very nice and big and clean. Very happy with our stay here! "

"Amazing hotel. Can’t fault the staff, entertainment and hotel facilities it self were great. Only thing I would comment on is - cleaning the rooms properly/deep clean - a lot of the furniture in bathroom area was dusty - especially the metal grill area near the sink. Other than that great resort and will be back again!"

"Hotel muy agradable y tranquilo. Limpio y comodo con visto al puerto."

"Booked this for myself and 2 teenage daughters so they could go party and i could R& R. It didnt disappoint! Rooms are spacious & clean with everything you need. Its a 10 min walk from the strip so far enough away from the rowdiness of Kavos if you want a quiet break. The beach is literally the back garden and the pool is never too busy with comfortable loungers to sit on. The family do their utmost to make your stay be the best it can be. Nothing is too much trouble! They really make you feel...

"The room was acceptable for size outside side space was nice , great pool. However the room had black mold behind the beds all over the bathroom, to the point it made us sick. Room service was 4 times out of nine days We received only one towel each when the room was cleaned, with no toiletries in the bathroom one tiny bar of soap. The cleaning person made one twin bed nicely the other had the blanket just thrown on top of a unmade bed this happened twice, why you wonder, we sure did...

"Genial.

"We are quite fortunate to travel multiple times a year; this place is absolutely astounding! The attention to detail, attentiveness, cleanliness, location, tranquility and sheer class is mesmerising. The staff take care of you so well and fully make sure you have the best time. The food is fresh and cooked very well, the drinks are superb! The sea water is delightful and the pool area is sophisticated and clean. A great big thank you to the manager of the site and front reception staff...

"Hotel poco confortable. Funcionarios monoglotas. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location - short walk to waterfront, shops and restaurants. Beds were a little too firm for our liking. Pool area was enjoyable."

"Fantastic place. Relaxing and comfortable place. For sure i will come again. Thanks Mr Vasilis"

"Madelena ‘s shows signs of once being great but it’s way off now. They should close the back rooms so guests don’t see the laundry drying and block off the area under construction. Get rid of all the broken stuff; chairs, lounges, bar stools. Cover the empty pool and get a gardener to prune everything. The 2 staff members we saw seem unsupported and poorly managed. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food but the included breakfast at 8:30 was very late so we left."

"Unmotivated staff, old hotel that got "make up" , buffet style with cheap food and tasteless. If you want to eat anything but the cruise-ship style buffet - you need to go to a specific counter - stand in line - to make a reservation etc etc.... really sad organization and absolutely soul-less ... Air-con not working well. a labyrinth up and down stairs everywhere with no clear signage. The 2 positives was view and no kids so nice and silent. Unless you like a low budget cruise-ship style -...
