My two children and I had a wonderful experience at this rental. Mrs. Cindy and Mr. Wei were very friendly and accommodating, and their communication was excellent!
I checked in at midnight and they came out to greet me and provided clear instructions on house rules.
Cleanliness—Excellent. The bed, linens, futon sofa, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer unit, floors, etc.—everything was clean.
Bed—Excellent. There’s a king size bed in the studio. It was comfortable! There were extra pillows and comforter available if needed. Also, Mrs. Cindy provided additional towels and linens just in case.
Kitchen—Excellent. The kitchen was clean and has full size appliances available for use. There are plates, drink ware, silverware, and cookware available for use.
Laundry—Good. There is a washer/dryer unit in the rental. Laundry detergent is provided. The washer was a bit louder than expected but both worked perfectly and got the job done.
Bathroom—Good. The bathroom was clean. Towels and toiletries were provided.
AC—Excellent. There is one AC unit which cooled the studio perfectly.
Patio/Outside—Excellent. You do have a private patio which overlooks the area. It beautiful, especially at night. Patio furniture is available for use as well.
The studio is located directly to the side of the host’s main house, which is on gated, private property going up a hill. The road to the rental is narrow—not a problem for me, but just a side note. You will be driving through a gate to get to the studio. A gate remote is provided for convenience.
We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay at this rental again.
