Family RetreatThe property was exactly as pictured providing our family vacation of 6 adults and 5 children (all under 5 years old) with an exclusive resort atmosphere. We enjoyed all the entertainment amenities with extensive use of the pool, outdoor TV area and fire pits. In addition to an exceptionally equipped kitchen, the accommodations included a crib, several pack-n-play's and 2 high chairs for the small children. Although not provided by the host, prior guests have left pool floats and a couple child swim vests. The property was centrally located between the attractions along the coast and the wineries in the hills. The host was very responsive to any questions. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. An exceptional property that provided a memorable family experience.

Perfect!!!

We stayed in this home with 3 families for a soccer tournament. So many things for all ages of kids, the backyard was an absolute oasis! Our kids had endless entertainment and so much space for us all to spread out! We will be staying here again for sure!!

Our stay :)

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It was just what we needed for our large family from the game room, to the grand kitchen, to the heated jacuzzi out back. Not to mention the beautiful patio accompanied by a ping pong table and a tv. The spacious home allowed for our family to relax and enjoy our time together and separately. Definitely recommend!

Huge, beautiful home

Home had everything we needed. Full kitchen, beach towels, tons of room to spread out. The outside space was amazing. Fire pits and pool/hot tub was where we spent most of our time. No complaints here!

Sibling Retreat

Property was just as described. Mo was an excellent host. A lot of the questions we may have had before our arrival were answered in instructions provided by Mo before our arrival. There were 4 of us in our group (siblings between 69 and 75 of age). We had a wonderful time at a wonderful property. We would highly recommend.

Great Escape

Other than a few minor issues in the beginning, our stay was wonderful. Issues were addressed immediately. Jeff, the maintenance guy was great and had a great attitude. Would definitely stay here again.

A week in SoCal

We rented the house for our family, which included 6 adults and 6 grandchildren, ages 4 to 13. It is a spacious facility in a quiet neighborhood. The large pool with several levels of water depth meant that it worked for everyone and got a lot of use. While we did not use the barbecue, most meals were eaten outside. Mo was prompt with answers to the few questions we had. Check in and check out were easy.

Beautiful and Fun Property in a Quiet Neighborhood

This was a great property for a larger family get together. Also great for day trips to Legoland, San Diego, the beach, even Disneyland. The backyard was a great place to hang out with the pool/hot tub, outdoor TV, and outdoor kitchen. Would definitely stay there again and recommend for larger groups.

Quite Amazing

This place had everything and then some. Very clean and nice, soft beds, large kitchen. Awesome game room - very secluded, the kids disappeared for hours. But the highlight is the outdoor space - pool, hot tub, games, grill, multiple fire pits, and beautiful landscaping. And it all felt very secluded and quiet. Loved it! The hosts were wonderful as well. Great communicators; responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for big families and kids!

We stayed with 11 family members, and the property had something for everyone! It’s just as nice as the photos online, and so much room for everyone. The outdoor space is phenomenal! The game room was perfect for all the kids. The kitchen is amazing - huge island, giant eating table, top-of-the-line appliances - and ideal for large gatherings. The owner was responsive to our questions, including sending items right away via Instacart when we ran out. We would definitely recommend this place, and would for sure stay there again!

Large Family Trip - Perfect House!

We travelled to the area for a family funeral. We needed a place big enough for my family (2 adults and 4 kids) plus my parents. This house was MORE than enough room. The whole family enjoyed the hot-tub, games, pool table, and more! This was the perfect little oasis for us even though the trip was somber for our family. Mo was very responsive and super informative. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with a large group. The only downside I could mention is that the mattresses aren't the best support if you have a bad back, but the hot-tub sure helped with that! The house is nested back in some neighborhoods and it's about a 20-30 minute drive to the beach.

Perfect house for a big family. All the sleeping rooms and bathrooms was amazing. Perfect kitchen with hi standard and a lot of space. The garden and pool was perfect with bbq, games and pool bar. Overall a dream house, we will recommend and hopefully come back next year.

Amazing stay in SoCal

This property is awesome. In addition to all the awesome amenities, this was also the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We loved every second and would absolutely plan to come back. It was the perfect spot for my family (9 adults and 5 kids under 8).
