  • Summary:

    Nestled within Visby’s historic city walls, this unique villa accommodates up to 10 guests. One of its most exceptional features is the private garden directly adjoining the ancient wall, creating a serene and picturesque setting unlike any other.



    With a balcony overlooking the charming surroundings, spacious social areas, and thoughtful amenities throughout, this villa offers the perfect combination of historic character and modern comfort.



    The Space:

    Upon entering the house, you’ll find a bedroom to the right featuring a 180 cm bed for two guests, along with an additional 90 cm bed for a third guest. The room offers generous storage space and a window overlooking the beautiful inner courtyard.



    To the left of the entrance is the newly renovated kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your own meals. It includes:

    Oven and stove

    Microwave

    Two large refrigerators and a freezer

    Dishwasher

    Coffee maker and kettle

    Complete kitchenware and silverware



    A spacious dining table makes it easy to gather for meals throughout the day. Also on the lower floor is a beautifully tiled bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower, WC, and sink, blending classic details with modern design. From the hallway, you enter the inviting living and dining area. Here you’ll find a fireplace, a dining table for up to eight guests, and a generous seating area with a large Smart TV. The living room also offers lovely views of the water and the surrounding neighborhood. A beautiful staircase leads upstairs to an additional sitting area by the window. On this level you’ll find:

    A bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two guests and an additional 90 cm bed. The room also includes a large wardrobe and a desk, ideal for working remotely.

    A newly renovated tiled bathroom with shower, WC, and sink.

    A modern bedroom with a 180 cm bed for two guests and direct access to the sunny balcony.

    A final bedroom featuring a comfortable 180 cm bed for two guests, also with access to the balcony.

    The balcony enjoys sunshine throughout the day and overlooks the peaceful surroundings.



    Guest Access:

    The entire villa is exclusively yours during your stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.



    The Neighborhood:

    The house is ideally situated near Söderport, right beside the city wall, offering convenient access to a large supermarket just outside. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of inner city Visby with its array of restaurants, cafes, and shops, adding to its enchanting appeal. Its proximity to the harbor and bus station further enhances accessibility, facilitating exploration not only within Visby but also throughout the entirety of Gotland Island.



    Getting Around:

    The accommodation is conveniently situated approximately 600 meters or a 10-minute walk from Visby bus station, providing connections to local and regional buses, including the shuttle from the airport. The ferry harbor is also within a similar distance. Ample parking lots are available near the bus station. Being inside the walls allows easy exploration of Visby on foot, offering convenient access to all parts of this historic town.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies.



    2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host.



    3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.



    4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.



    5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.



    6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund.



    7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.



    8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund.



    9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.



    10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.



    11. Key Return for Cleaning and Maintenance: Guests are required to leave the apartment key in the designated key lockbox to allow access for cleaning and maintenance. If the key is not returned to the lockbox as instructed, an additional fee of 400 SEK will be charged.
