The Space:

This furnished canal-side retreat features easy beach access and a getaway retreat from life's hustle and bustle. The top floor of this dog-friendly retreat offers an open-concept living space with a large living room featuring a large screen TV, a kitchen with a wide breakfast bar for snacking or eating, and a dining space to feed the rest of the family. Rounding out this level are four bedrooms. Each side of this level has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds separated by a full bathroom. The lower level features a quiet room with a twin-size sleeper sofa, a newly added full-size futon, and a small desk. There is also a full bathroom and washer and dryer. Outside, your retreat awaits with a small fishing dock and a picnic table. The backyard has a dog run so bring your puppies! Bring or rent a kayak and launch from the dock provided for hours of canal and bay exploration. Your affordable vacation awaits! Load the car and let's go! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not operational. There is no swimming in the canal permitted.
