The property is very close proximity to the boardwalk in beachfront. The host was very responsive to anything we needed. I really appreciated that the driveway is a horseshoe because it is a very busy Street. The house was absolutely lovely, and if you're doing a lot of cooking with gadgets the kitchen is a dream with lots of outlets! Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Virginia Beach!

House smelld musty and like wet dog. Upstairs toilet ran nonstop and was very loud in downstairs bedroom. Kept us up at night. Couches are awful and stuffed with feathers that are constantly coming out and getting everywhere. Fenced in back yard was nice for our dog.

The cleaning ladies were great. We had an issue with bbq grill being cleaned and dog poop all over the backyard. The cleaning crew came right away and were nice and pleasant.

Lovely house but not very clean

This is a charming house in a great location if you don’t mind it being on a very, very busy street which is more like a highway. The house was dirty though. We arrived a bit early and were told they wouldn’t be done cleaning until our 4:00 check in. No one had been there to clean. It smelled like it had been closed up for a while. Floors were very dirty with crackers,cereal and dog hair everywhere. The microwave had food splatters. The refrigerator was dirty on the inside and had smears all over the outside. The back door had hand prints all over the windows and lint all over laundry room floor. Bathtub was moldy as were the rubber mats they provided for the tubs. A couple of the beds weren’t made and still had dirty sheets in them. Bring your own pillows because all the ones provided were flat and small and very used. The couch had stains as well as the throw pillows. The rug in the living room was very very dirty. The grill provided was rusted out and unusable though the propane tank was full. The umbrella for the outdoor table was broken so we bought a new one so we could sit outside. Dishes were still in the dishwasher. Be sure to bring your own paper products because they only gave us 2.5 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for one week and 2 small kitchen garbage bags and one package of dishwasher detergent. We loved the place and had a great time but wouldn’t stay at this house again unless the cleaning was up to par which is a shame because like I said it’s nice house

Family Getaway

The home was very accommodating - clean, comfortable and roomy. It was a perfect home for our family and for entertaining guests. The traffic out front was a bit noisy, but we knew to expect it, therefore played low volume music to quiet the noise, enjoyed the music and forgot about any traffic noise. Wish we could have enjoyed the backyard deck and grill, but unfortunately the weather was a little too cold. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Property is very nice inside. Everyone was comfortable. traffic noise was a little loud due to being on the main road but location was wonderfully close to town and beaches. Overall very happy with our stay.

A lovely way to spend the holidays

A cute house with a nice kitchen and comfy giant couch. It’s very close to the beach and on the quieter side of Virginia Beach so getting around isn’t is as stressful. Very easy to keep the kids happy.

Convenient location

Roomy and comfortable home. Modern set up, great family gathering. Living room furniture (sofas) were very worn. Check/in/Check-out process difficult as key pick up/drop off was several miles away.

My daughter that lives in Virginia Beach was getting married so we had several family members who needed a place to stay. I rented C LA vie.My daughter that lives in Virginia Beach was getting married so we had several family members who needed a place to stay. I rented Sea La Vie. Our accommodations were great. Much larger than we anticipated. Our only concern was that the water heater was leaking when we got there. We reported it and also also got a message from someone for more information. I even sent pictures. We stayed 4 nights and nothing was ever done. If I were staying in Virginia Beach again I would probably rent this site.

Good but!!!

Before departing for our trip to Virginia Beach we called to double check if we needed to drive to pick up keys or if house had keyless entry. We were told that house had keyless entry and just go straight to the house after 4pm on check in day. We arrived around 4:20 pm and cleaning team was still cleaning and they told us that we needed to pick up keys at office. Around 5:15 pm finally got into the house. While 95% of the house was cleaned we noticed dog hair around the living room area. We also noticed that front door did not close unless you use the deadbolt. Other items that needed some attention were also reported. We were unable to use the bicycles as all of them had flat tires and no air pump. Overall it was good as we were meeting as a family for the first time since COVID.
