Beautiful views, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with en-suites, lovely restaurant across the street. Only downside is residential neighborhood and had to drive to shops and restaurants (other than two).

New Years Eve Trip

Three couples stayed at this property to celebrate the beginning of 2025. The unit was as described. It was clean and comfortable. It is a highly utilized condo and the furniture and decor is setup as such. There were some minor wear and tear items that need some repair but nothing that caused us any problems

Graduation stay

We enjoyed our stay and the property had a beautiful view of the beach. However, the cleanliness of the house was subpar. There was food found on and in the couch, a lot of dust in the home, and the counters and tables were dirty when arrived.

False advertising. Not so clean and not well stocked. Luckily there were only three of us. Location and view were spectacular. It needs a deep clean and an inventory of the kitchen with upgraded supplies

Very nice

Stayed off season. Beach almost to ourselves. Weather was warm for mid November. As for the condo: Master bath had a bathtub drainage problem. The set up / design is great Lots of room. Lots of spiderwebs in the corners and baseboards. All knives in kitchen were very dull and there were no paring knives. We like to cook and this was a bit of an issue. The condo was very comfortable but could use a bit of updating. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pool was close but expected that in off season. I’d would stay there again

Sandbridge oceanfront property

Check in is off site of property, so that was inconvenient, but staff at check in was pleasant. Property fit description, beautiful condo. Clean on inside. Outside oceanfront porch was disgusting on arrival! Not touched prior to arrival and dirty! Property manager and on-site maintenance help tremendously to clean it up on day 2! Thank you or we were not able to use it. Then VACASA/owner got a power washer to our unit to do more clean up outside. Inconvenient to have done during stay BUT NEEDED IT AND WE APPRECIATED IT! At end of stay frig and microwave went..told they were going to replace it. No parts available, so done after we left. On site maintenance also came and cleaned out air conditioner vent in unit. All in all staff tended to our needs, upset it happened during our stay, the NEXT WEEKS vacationers should have been very happy. No compensation for our inconveniences. Beach was beautiful! I’ve been a Vacasa customer for a long time and rented in other states. All in all my family had fun, made good memories, but this will be the first Sandbridge, VA visit and our last.

Location was great. Several small maintenance issues (light bulbs out, bathroom sinks not draining adequately, couches very worn, painting much needed, limited kitchen supplies).

Great place with great views!

Views were amazing. Was great to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and enjoy the ocean. Although the check in process was confusing and hard to understand , once we got to the condo everything was as expected. Plenty of space and well equipped. I would imagine a large party might have trouble with only having 2 keys,but for us it was perfect. Beds were comfy and clean. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Easy, quick access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay, and imagine that staying during the summer months the pool access would also be a bonus! Property was clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work.

Overall, the inside of the property was adequate, and the proximity to the beach was great. There were some issues with kitchen appliances, plumbing, and the cleanliness of the outdoor space.

Love the view!

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The openness and windows at this corner unit allow you to see the view of the ocean all day! the decor was also cute , we have the same dining table in our home! The only few issues where the door didn’t lock in the master bedroom , you could tell the master bath had just had some updates as there was old curtain etc in the closet so didn’t seem usable and the check in process was a but confusing on where to go to get the paperwork as the notes we had still said it was a drive through pick up which was not the case, you had to go into the building. Again, overall great experience and we would stay here again!

Views, Views Views

This fabulous corner unit with a wrap-around balcony was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrises and dolphins on the ocean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and well organized. We wanted for nothing! Having four bedrooms each having its own bathroom was so nice for our other adult family members. The bed in the master bedroom is very high and challenging to get in. It would have been nice to have something to step onto to make it a little easier. All of the beds were comfortable and having linens and towels provided was an extra plus. Getting the tv on was difficult to figure out with the multiple remotes. It would be helpful to provide renters with instructions on how to work all of the electronics. You really can't go wrong with renting this unit!!
