If you have a large family or group, this unit is ideal as it has a notably larger porch than the other units with plenty of seating. It is listed as a 1st floor unit but it is actually the second floor with the parking garage on the ground floor. We had one guest who was a wheelchair user and he had no issue with navigating the space. An added advantage is that the main pool is on the same level which made it easy to go back and forth. The views of the beach are spectacular and the facility has a community beach wheelchair that we made good use of. The space was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. You will have no complaints with the unit. The parking garage is tight. We made it work with a 3 row SUV. If you have a full size truck or van, it would have limited spots that could accommodate a larger vehicle. You get one designated spot and one unmarked open spot for a second vehicle. The unmarked spots are easy to get in the evenings but the garage fills to capacity during the day. If you need to go out for anything during beach hours, it can be hard to find an unmarked spot when you get back. The Mexican restaurant on the property is expensive but has very good food and drinks. You could eat there every night and not get tired of it. We did three nights just to try the facility and see if we would like it. 3 out of 3 kids agree that they would like to go back for a week next time. We'll come back for a longer visit soon.
