We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is spacious, comfortable, and well equiped. The pool and hot tub were clean and very usable. My only (minor) complaint is that in a home of this quality the towels should be more than basic.

Great Multi-family House

We rented this house for a family vacation with 3 generations. The bedroom setups with an attached bathroom on each bedroom (except the downstairs bunk beds) was very convenient. The main floor living area had recently been remodeled for a more open concept which made it a great space for everyone to gather. We really liked the 2 full refrigerators between the kitchen and the coffee bar area along with the ice machine. The kitchen was fully stocked in terms of plates, cups, crock pots, skillet, etc. with a few spices in the cupboards. In the outdoor storage room there were multiple bikes, a stroller, a couple beach chairs, boogie boards, and a few beach toys. one downside was the lack of shade offered on the decks and by the pool. There is some space in the outdoor cabana and one table with an umbrella, otherwise everything was full sun. The deck was nice in the evening when the house provided shade. The kids loved the pool and it was very close to beach access. There is a small market right down the road, otherwise there are more grocery stores within 15 minutes Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider booking it again!

Excellent Property

We have stayed in several VRBO properties over the last 5 years. This property ranks very high on the list because of the amenities and service. I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils. Our family love to play games and there were soooo many choices. The property itself is close to many stores, restaurants, etc. There was ample parking spaces. Finally, we had a problem with the TV in the main living space. We were concerned because we love to watch football. I was amazed at how fast the technician (Mike) got there and how fast the problem was resolved. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place but….

The property was beautiful and comfortable. However, the bedroom in basement was misleading. The bunk beds were in a dark space with just a1/2 bathroom no shower. There kitchen was well appointed but we found one of the cabinet kitchen doors was broken. Otherwise being so close to the ocean was perfect.

Family

Huge home. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family. My husband and I and our son are from Ga. My daughter her husband and three grandkids and three great grandkids are from Delaware. So we all meet for a family vacation. Loved having our own pool and hot tub. And being so close to the beach. The best of two worlds. We also loved being able to use the bicycles. Great time and a lot of memories. Thanks

Wonderful beach community

Beautiful beach community. Very little commercial and only one condo complex so never crowded. Just five miles away any type of shopping venue as available.

Overall Great, List of Pros & Cons

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The biggest issue we had was the insufficient info provided on the ground current. On our 1st evening we felt electricity in the pool. While trying to figure it out, contact Vacasa, etc. we find a small note posted on the corner of the fridge inside the house explaining how the .5 volts of ground current are not a danger. Even if this is the case, this should be displayed on a LARGE sign AT the pool so folks can see it BEFORE swimming. Pros: The house is a good size, PLENTY of bathrooms, fully stocked. In a great location, directly across from beach access. Outdoor area is awesome-large pool, plenty of chairs, nice hot tub, bathroom just inside. Cons: Vacasa makes you check-in at their office, even if you have keyless entry. We had been in the car since 7am & had to wait in a drive through line just to get a piece of paper with information that had already been emailed to us, plus a realtor's flyer. The house had not been thoroughly cleaned- dust & trash in various corners & under the furniture. The icemaker was a huge benefit until it stopped working on the 2nd day. We spent our vacation time defrosting it according to the directions & it still didn't work. Alerted Vacasa twice to the issue. They sent out a rep who agreed it wasn't working, but that was all we heard. This could have easily been resolved since an appliance company was on-site THREE different times to install a dishwasher.

Would recommend!

Overall, we had a great stay. There were a few things that could have used some attention, but overall the house was just as described and it was a very enjoyable stay. The outside area was our favorite part. As well as the proximity to the beach.
