Definitivamente si un día regresamos a Virginia Beach volveremos a hospedarnos acá! Lo recomiendo las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y agradables. Todo lo que deseas para tener un descanso como si estuvieras en tu casa.

Súper bueno todo bien limpio y siguiendo los protocolos de la pandemia por dentro súper bonito todo remodelado súper quiero volver yo siempre que voy de viaje me gusta la quinta inn pues acepta mi perrito y eso lo que busco poder disfrutar y que mi perrito esté bien también lo recomiendo

Este hotel es muy bueno especialmente porque puedo llevar mi perrito 🐶 y me gusta mucho el lugar muy conveniente para caminar hacia la playa lo único que no me gusta es que la limpieza no la hacen muy bien

Terrible service, took them forever to find our reservation, the building was under remodelation and it wasn't very convenient. The pool and the breakfast were not available although it says was open.

I was told they charge for parking.At checkout , I asked about the charges and was told the older lady didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked for a bill to verify if any parking fees, but was told since I booked through a third-party (Expedia), I have to get a receipt from them. I really don’t understand this. The hotel was noisy with dogs and uncontrollable children yelling and screaming up and down the halls.. Telephone in room but not connected. Unable to contact front desk unless you call in your personal cell phone.

One thing I will say is Andres at the front desk was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Another person who worked the front desk was useless, We were there for four nights and at first we thought they were having a bad day, but it continued for all four days, a smile would go along way with her ….ill let you figure out who it was as I won’t mention her name. The facility itself is relatively clean, at night there were loud people in the hallway after 10pm, so it seems to be a young crowd, the smell of marijuana on people walking into the elevator was annoying but that’s everywhere these days. We made our reservations well before April 15, but the front desk lady (the one with no personality) made it a point at the front desk that we were getting free parking and I asked her why wouldn’t I get free parking? and the response was well after April 15 you have to pay $15 a day for parking and I said I’m a guest of the hotel. Why would I have to pay for parking?…. the response was well all the hotels charge for parking after April 15 during the season and I thought that was atrocious that you would charge your paying customers to park. Breakfast was simple and basic but appreciated. Would I stay there again, maybe, maybe not but I would definitely look for another hotel to see if there’s anything Better in the area

Hotel was better than expected for the price. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Elevator was a little suspect but otherwise ok.

I was so disappointed that we had to end our trip a day early because the next morning, after getting out the shower, a cockroach runs out from behind the toilet! I killed it and showed the manager who did not seem shocked at all. Definitely not staying here again!

4/11/24: The front desk (female) associate was very patient and had a great spirit last evening However, while booking this hotel, I called to confirm if they had an indoor swimming pool, another (male) associate said YES the hotel had an indoor pool. So I proceeded to book. Upon arrival, and checking in we found out that male associate who answered the phone LIED about the indoor pool. Last night’s associate said that they changed it into a gym. She claimed that was done before she got there as she was NEW to the position. I was very upset. No manager was on site. I’ve reached out to Wyndham to tell them about the experience, filed a complaint, and hoped that we were moved to a different hotel. I received an automated email stating they would get back to me within a week. I was very angry and plan to reach again this morning! I’m definitely going to have a talk with management first thing this morning about whoever that employee was . I’m LIVID over the bait and switch. If I knew it didn’t have a pool, I wouldn’t have booked here!!!! EXPEDIA, I want some type of compensation back to my card that I used. Will be reaching out again within the next few days regarding this issue.

I chose this location because it was in my budget and because it was near the finish line of the Yuenglin Shamrock Half Marathon. I was not impressed with the breakfast offerings. Hotel's location made it easy for me to walk to restaurants and sites, plus there was a grocery store across the street for snacks and such.

Sheets smelled like dirty feet, room was smelly dirty & noises coming from pipes between the walls kept us up all night along with ppl hanging out in the halls in the middle of the night & no running water in the bathroom. Front desk was also a frail older woman that was also the security at this unsafe & unkept place. Noticed working girls also in the parking lot. This is unsafe & unacceptable for any decent family member to stay. I do not recommend this place at all!!! It’s full of ppl from the shelter.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If I could post the photos here I would. The entire hotel was a construction zone. My room was disgusting. There was what looked like blood spots on the bed sheets. There was a shoe foot print on the pillow case. The bed sheets were dirty. There was mold and water stains on the room lamp. A layer of dust covering the room phone. Damage to the shower curtain. The AC was disgusting and had thick dust and other dirt all over it. I requested clean sheets and the front desk lady brought me some and she said she included pillow cases. Not only were there not pillow cases in the clean sheets but there was a pink faux rose petal. How clean could they really be? I wasted $100 on this room and will never stay there again. I asked for a refund from the front desk manager and they refused. Talk about bad service.

This property is in need of an update. I called ahead to tell the staff about my late arrival which they said was fine. Upon arrival I find out that they canceled my reservation. The included breakfast leaves much to be desired. Employees hanging at the desk eating chic fil a while waiting on customers was so unprofessional.

Hotel is very nice in a great spot just a block or two from the oceanfront. Staff was very nice and courteous. Only problems I had was mattress was not the best and for breakfast just had regular things, waffles, sausage but no scrambled eggs or potatoes.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Very efficient and helpful check in from staff. If you’re picky, the bathroom is tiny. But the room overall was great, spacious, comfortable - above average TV selection with interactive dish guide.

Surprisingly good for the prize. Clean bathroom and towels. Floor and tables could use some dusting. Noisy in the halls all night and early in the morning. Comfortable beds. So so breakfast.

In the photos it shows a large fitness room -all of the fitness equipment is in boxes, apparently it hasnt been up and running in two years. The breakfast bar area was large, but sparse. Rooms were clean though, staff was pleasant enough, and area didnt seem sketchy.
