Great from top to bottom. Well-supplied kitchen, plenty of seating on the top floor, plenty of adult-sized beds, and a great pool. The basement game room provided lots of evening entertainment.

Steve and Andrea's anniversary

The house was as nice as advertised. We celebrated our 50th anniversary here with all of our children and grandchildren. It was clean and neat upon our arrival. The beach is very close and beautiful. Unfortunately, I lost my wedding ring somewhere on our trip home. If anybody should find a ring here I would like to have it back.

Comfort in the Cold

The coldest week in 30 plus years but home offered comfort and tons of space. Sunrise from deck was beautiful. Sunset from large windows in great room was spectacular. Cornhole, outside storage box treasures and golf clubs appreciated. Some competetive air hockey and foosball and billiards were fun. The three tables were great for meals, games and puzzles and work area. Kids called the second floor the "boarding house hall" but it offered plenty of private spaces for multiple families. We did get to beach when temps got above 40 and it was a pleasant short walk. We spent time in Virginia Beach and Norfolk and Sandbridge museums, shops, zoo, aquarium, restaurants , boardwalk lights, wine tastings, and beach explorations.

Our Best Family Vacation

This house was fantastic for our family which included 9 adults and 10 children. The house was large and so comfortable. Everyone had a good sleeping space. The game room and the pool were a big hit with all the kids and they spent hours playing and having fun cousin time. The beach was easy to access and very uncrowded. We hope to return in the future for another great vacation.

Great location, spacious and efficient

Just a short walk to the beach, community space on the upper and lower levels, bedrooms (mostly) on the middle of three stories. We had a group of 18 (five families) and the space worked really well.

Pre-summer family vacation

We just wanted to get away and have some fun, walk the beach, go fishing and the location is great for all of that. The Galaxsea is a spacious, clean, well equipped house that answered all of our needs!! Stores/shops close by and easy to get to. Everyone I spoke with from beginning to end was more than helpful and accommodating! I will definitely vacation with Sandbridge again!

Sandbridge Reality's customer service was not up to par and not accommodating at all. It took a long time for them to respond to emails and wait time on the phone was very long!

It was a excellent home ! We had 20 people , had all the room we needed .. very important with children and a large group . The only thing everyone send it needed HotTub , lol and it needed a ceiling fan over the outside Table . The Flies made it so we didn’t eat out side . Thank you it was awesome !!

Great time at this home

It was a really nice place for 12 of us to stay, we fit 6 cars in the driveway pretty easy. Black flies were an issue when around the grill. But other than that the place was great.

Wonderful vacation at Galaxsea!

The house was beautiful and clean and suited our every need. The location is perfect and the pool was clean. We absolutely recommend it! The only complaint is the bunk bed on the lower level is very noisy so our teenager moved the mattress to the floor and slept there. Also, the outside light on the front of the house is on all night which makes it hard to sleep for those who like it very dark.

Great Place

Recently stayed in the property for 4 days, and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was huge, and the outdoor spaces were lovely. Overall the house was perfecty for our small group.

Amazing vacation!

We loved our stay at Galaxsea! The home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate my group of 18. The yard and pool were a great escape and the beach was only a 30 second walk. I highly recommend this home!

Nice Property But Substandard Customer Service After Check In

Upon checkin we found fly infestation on all 3 levels & outdoors, a leaking toilet, trash left in the bins against the house, pool unclean & no WiFi connection. I called in all issues & was promised maintenance would come out the next morning, which never happened except for pool man & exterminator that said he couldn’t do anything about the flies. We inspected thoroughly at checkout but now Sandbridge Blue is trying to pin the wet carpet & several other bogus things on us. FRUSTRATED

First time at Virginia Beach

The property worked out great for our family vacation. 16 adults and 2 under 18. Large dining table was great for games, and 2 dishwashers accommodated meals we cook. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The layout provided plenty of space for everyone and the elevator allowed a couple of us to maneuver more easily. The pool cleaning was not done until 3 days after our arrival, which was very disappointing.
