Top level has a great den with deck access to kick back with a movie or to enjoy the view from the third level deck. Mid level had the main living area and large deck with table and seating so everyone can be together for meals and hanging out. Ground level has the game room for billiards, movies, video games and more, or just hanging out on the shaded ample deck to watch the kids play in the pool. A ramp to elevator makes it easier for all ages to access all floors

There is a path across the street to take to the beach access on Sandfiddler, 3 houses away. The back lawn eases right into the canal (no bulkhead), making it a breeze to put in your own kayak or SUP. There is no fence separating the lawn and canal. Fun inside, fun outside, bring the whole family and come "Down South”.

Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
