It was a wonderful place with plenty of space and well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach. Even though in a quiet area there are plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive away. It was a great value!

Choose Samay Wasi - you won't regret it!We had a wonderful 4 day family weekend. The house was well equipped and comfy - all the amenities of home. One block from the beach and public access path is one house over....easy peasy. Sandbridge beach was so relaxing and pristine. Grocery store and dining close by - the seafood was fresh and wonderfully prepared everywhere we went. The Vacasa staff in the virginia beach office offered outstanding service! We will be back!

The area is great and house was good but needs some painting, deep cleaning, painting, new W/D, sliding door, needs a screen sliding door and a quieter dishwasher sounds like a truck. We had a wonderful time in Sandbridge!

Location of house was great, but the house itself needs major cleaning. We had to wear socks the entire time because the floors left our feet disgusting. There were ants in kitchen sink, counters, and dishwasher. The shower curtain had mold on it. And in general the house needs a refresh with paint and deep cleaning. The pool was nice but had dirty floors. Also they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper, if you need more you have to buy it yourself. The sliding door to porch, the lock doesn’t work so they have a block of wood in the slider to “lock it”. Overall, location was amazing but wouldn’t recommend this house to family.

We were walked in on

The area wasn't bad at all. Although, there were quite a few issues in my opinion. The back porch door is a hassle to lock, there are no screen doors on any of the doors to let fresh air in without bugs coming in, there’s also paint chipping in tons of places. The bathroom has a toilet paper holder that was replaced, but the old holes are still in the wall and have not been patched. The dish washer makes the loudest screeching noise if you do a high temp wash, it sounded like a rocket was taking off. The first night there, the smoke detectors were going off. The next morning, I went and bought batteries to replace them, so we didn't have to deal with maintenance. Maintenance also got a call the day before we got there about a dryer vent that we didn't report. Maintenance then proceeded to come into the house without knocking or any notice at all. I said we didn't call and he still came in and shut the door behind him. I responded this can wait until we check out. Very unprofessional.We reached out to Vacasa about this and never heard back!!!!

Beautiful place, great location!

The property was clean and had nearly everything we needed. It easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 children under the age of two + our pooch. The pool was great and it was an easy walk to the beach. Great communication from the property management and check-in/out was a breeze.

Great location!

We stayed at this property before the pool was open for the season, and it definitely would have increased the rating if we had been able to enjoy it. As we arrived and started to put away the groceries we brought, it was immediately clear that ALL the cabinets needed wiping out and ALL the dishes needed washing. The sheets on all the beds were too short and the fitted sheets kept slipping off as you moved even the slightest in bed. This was especially the case for the twin/bunk beds. It was also March-cold/cool and there were no extra blankets for the beds and the bedspreads are very thin.This is obviously more about the linen company than the property owners. The back door was extremely difficult to open and close and one of the panes in the sliding glass doors was completely blown which makes for a very ugly view. The grill barely worked, and was almost completely rusted out..ignitor didn't work at all. There was interior furniture outside on the back porch when we arrived, and debris under the sofas showing a poor job done of cleaning. All of these issues were magnified by spending time inside versus as the beach due to weather and no pool access. The management company was very responsive to all our issues....most of them, however, we resolved ourselves for expediency/quicker comfort and need. We chose this property for pet-friendly-ness so might return but only after speaking with a live person to see if any of these issues were resolved.

Good with material shortcomings

We have fun almost regardless. Great location. Pool was clean. Linens were great. There is a roof leak into a bedroom. There is a hazardous soft, spongy board on the front entrance balcony. There were ants, no surprise, but no ant traps.

Great location but run down

Rental location was great. Unfortunately the property was just run down. It needs to be cleaned. The pool was dirty. The furniture was very limited. The interior furniture was dirty and had cigarette burns on it. The exterior furniture was mostly broken and unusable. The air conditioning didn’t work in 2 of the bedrooms. The shower head in one bathroom was usable but broken and needed replaced. The kitchen sink was leaking and we had to put a pot under the sink. This place could be great but needs some major TLC and basic maintenance. We won’t be staying in this home again.

Great little beach getaway

We stayed at the property as a quick family getaway with 4 adults and 1 toddler. The 1 level house made it inherently toddler friendly. The location is great, a few shops at the beginning of the community, and the beach is very close. Maybe 3 min walk away? Pool was open and clean. Only thing would recommend management company/owner to change would be provide more dishwashing pods...especially if you'd want your guest to run it before they leave and also a hairdryer would be nice. Thankfully we brought ours. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great Foe A Large Family

Stayed here with family members for my daughters spring break. Very roomy, great home to stay at. Enjoyed the grill, each one of us had our own bed. Six of us stayed in the home, very comfortably.

Lockout Issues

We came back to the condo on the last night and the access code didn’t work no matter how many times we put in the right access code. They offered after hours services but when I called them, no one replied. Had to call a locksmith to let us in and it cost us $350. Greg place, just bad services.
