It’s conveniently situated next to the fitness center, and outdoor Viking grilling stations, complete with seating areas for the whole family. Relax on your private patio while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. For your convenience, a large storage closet is available exclusively for your use on the garage parking level. The main bedroom includes a TV and DVD player for your viewing enjoyment, along with a private bathroom. The second bedroom also features a TV with a DVD player. You’ll love the video game chairs, and an additional twin rollaway bed is available in the closet for any extra guests. Unwind in the living room with a large 42-inch LCD TV and DVD player—perfect for a relaxing evening after a fun day at the beach. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
