Great long weekend!

Perfect place to spend a long weekend with friends. It’s the perfect house for a large group- with two refrigerators and dishwashers- and all rooms on the second and third floor have private bathrooms. Kids took full advantage of the Sandy area beneath the back deck. Even with some not so great weather- we really enjoyed our stay.

Great house for a family reunion.

Great house for a large group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Walking distance to the ocean. The only draw back for us is that my dad is 91 and making the stairs to the third floor wasn’t easy for him. Kitchen was on the third floor so my Dad had to make the stairs quite often. . Other then that it was a great house with two refrigerators, two dishwasher and two sinks in the kitchen. We had a great time.

Great Family House

Excellent house for a family reunion/vacation. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. Lots of room. Tons of amenities. Definitely would rent this again.

Perfect for Large Groups

The Cabana Royale is gigantic and perfect for large groups hoping to enjoy all Sandbridge has to offer. Working with Sandbridge Realty was a little confusing at first, just make sure you call the number starting with area code 757 to be connected to their Sandbridge office. Their main number leads you to their OBX office and was a bit confusing at first. Other than that it was a great stay!

Great Place

Very nice house with plenty of room. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators in the kitchen was great for a group of 13. Most bedrooms have their own baths so private in that regard. Lots of decking for viewing, eating or hanging out. Close to the beach. Pool table, horseshoes, and other games made rainy/cloudy days still fun. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Dealing with the rental company was difficult. Didn't respond to emails and very difficult to get a live person who knew the answers to my questions. Was told there were no beach chairs or pool toys but there was a ton in the garage.

Fantastic house and location

We had such a great time and the house is perfectly setup to entertain a bunch of kids with the pool and sand area. Having the shower and hose outside was such a great idea and helped us keep the main areas free of sand.

Great family vacation!

Cabana Royale is a great place to stay with extended family or a large group. Beautifully decorated. Excellent kitchen facilities with maximum refrigerator space and cooking utensils. Very spacious with a little bit of everything to keep everyone occupied. My only suggestion would be to put felt bottoms on the chairs on the top floor. Quite noisy on the second level when moving them around. Otherwise a perfect location for a beach vacation.

Great House but cleaning is needed

The house, pool, and location were all great. We had an extended family vacation of 23 people with several small children. Our only complaint, a big one for us, was the cleanliness of the place. The house was filthy from the start. We are accustomed to beach houses with a lot of sand and the floor being dirty but the turnover crew here must have just gone through the motions (for several turnovers). Our towels were stained and we had to wash them before using. When we asked for extra towels the management company had already closed for the day and they texted back the next day saying there was a charge for additional towels which we found ridiculous. The extra blankets that were provided in the closets were just balled up on the floor and clearly not laundered. The kitchen table had been wiped but must not have been really cleaned in several months, it was sticky and when we cleaned it with 409 the amount of dirt that came up was disgusting. The stove was gross and when we went to pull out pans from the drawer under the stove there was a thick layer of grease on the handle and top of the drawer. The outdoor volleyball court, hammock area, and horseshoe area were unsafe for children. The whole area was littered with beer bottle caps, cigarette butts, food wrappers, and other trash. They could have easily raked up all the trash and hopefully they'll do that going forward. Great family house but we shouldn't be leaving it in a cleaner condition than when we arrived.

Great Bachelor Party!!!

We had a group of 15 guys come in for a Bachelor party and it was everything we asked for. The group we came with has known each other for 20 years so we enjoyed the fact everything was right on site for us to be able to catch up and relax. Golf is near by and offer great courses.
