Our stay was wonderful. The condo was nice & spacious . The shower heads were amazing and it was equipped with not one but 2 coffee machines.I loved that it provided a ton of drawer space & additional fixtures to hang your clothes . The light fixtures were amazing . The beach was less than 2 minutes away .I would definitely recommend this for a weekend getaway for two .

Once again, Svetlin and his rental on Shore Drive were amazing. The location is phenomenal, with easy access to many great restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. Svetlin was incredibly accommodating with our stay and was always readily available.Highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Virginia Beach.

July 4th trip

Enjoyed our annual July 4th trip to Virginia! Condo was very nice clean and exactly like described. Best part was the location it is directly across the street from my brother in law. Will definitely book again

If I knew our door to get in was up three flights of stairs, we never would have stayed there. My daughter is disabled with hip issues. The air downstairs in the bedrooms did not work. Cockroach in the bathroom. I do not recommend.

Plenty of space and minutes from the beach!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in one of the owners rentals. Last year we stayed in the 1st floor studio. This rental unit is large and could sleep 6 easily. Clean and all the necessities included. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will stay again!!!

Fishing trip

The property was awesome. Perfect spot for what we needed. It was close to the marina so we could quickly get out and do some fishing. Also, it was super close to a bunch of great restaurants. Ate fresh fish all week and within walking distance. Two thumbs up.

Great for a weekend stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this location. I’ll start with the cons because there is really only one. Steps. In the pictures you may think you are entering on the ground floor. Oh buddy would you be wrong. The entrance is on the third floor. Which means steps. Soooooo many steps. Then when you get inside it is a split level floor plan so steps up to the living room and steps down to the bedrooms, bathrooms. The outdoor patio in the pictures is accessible but it is on the first floor which means to use it, that’s right, up and down 3 flights of steps. Now, if you have good knees (I don’t) and a non-geriatric dog then the steps won’t phase you. Now on to the pros. There are many. Other than the patio being on the first floor the unit is just as pictured. It has ample off street parking right outside the unit. It was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Although it wasn’t right on the beach the walk to the beach was very quick and easy. The unit has a small upper balcony that was perfect for our dog and a nice place to have some coffee or an evening cocktail. It was located off the main strip so it was quiet but it was a short drive to the strip and over the bridge/tunnel to Hampton area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it for a quiet weekend getaway.

26th Wedding Anniversary

Great time celebrating our 26th Wedding Anniversary. VB feels like a second home for us. Always great to come back and stay with prior hosts. Great condo, great location, able to walk to beach, restaurants, etc without issue. And so happy our dog was able to join us. Can’t wait to return!!

It was nice to stay there, quiet in the weekdays only, weekends are noisy other neighbors not from the property. I didn't like that the beach is too far away from the property the real beach virginia beach oceanfront, next time be more specific on what kind of beach you are telling people, because of that picture you advertise, makes people think they are really in front of the real beach.

Perfect Location!!!

This property is great!!! Perfect location for a wedding at the Lesner Inn. Beach access was super close. Walking distance to everything we need to do. Highly recommend.
