We had a reunion with friends from out of town. They wanted to go crabbing, but at this time of year, crabbing is nearly over. We decided to stay closer to the beach and found this lovely house in a great oceanfront location! It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. It’s wonderful that you can park up to four cars. The wraparound deck was a great place to see the fireworks and hang out at night. Communication was fantastic throughout. It is a truly enjoyable place to stay!

This property was perfect for what we needed! I took a girls trip for my bachelorette, and it was a perfect place for us to hang out- we had a paint night on the lovely picnic table outside, it’s an easy walk to get to the beach, and walkable to all the bars and restaurants nearby.

Virginia Beach with great location!

We stayed with our 4 children and grandparents, the house was very comfortable with plenty of beds for all of us. The location was perfect, we never drove as we were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants. We loved the home and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week in Virginia Beach! We were there for a dance competition but wanted to be close to the beach. The house is a 8-10 minute walk to the beach - super convenient but also on a quiet street. Tom was great to work with and we found the house to be well appointed and comfortable.
