기대에 미치지 못해 아쉬웠던 빈펄
"5박 동안 하루도 제대로 된 객실청소는 없었으며 어떤 날은 타월이나 생수를 가져다 주지 않기도 했습니다. 청소는 타월교체, 생수, 침대정리, 쓰레기통 비우기 딱 4가지만 해줍니다. 날이 갈수록 바닥 여기저기 먼지와 머리카락이 나뒹굴고, 샤워실의 머리카락은 한번도 청소하지 않아 마지막날에는 배수가 어려웠습니다. 조식 중 화재경보가 10분 이상 크게 울렸으나 제대로 된 설명도 없었고 빠른 조치도 이루어지지 않았으며, 불안하여 안내 직원에게 언제 해결되는지 물으니 자기와는 상관없다는 반응을 보였습니다. 직원들의 대응은 여러모로 5성 ..."

"2 bedroom Oceanviewに6泊しました。ロケーションが抜群でシェラトンまで道路1本渡るだけですのでダウンタウンの中心にあり便利でした。 毎日お掃除がありバスタオル、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルなど交換しベッドメイキングもありました。 洗剤はなかったですが洗濯機はありました。(洗剤はフロント受付に言えば渡しますの案内の紙をチェックインの時にもらいました) とにかく清潔で便利で部屋も広々としてビューも良いので家族でのんびりできました。 冷蔵庫や電子レンジも赤ちゃんの離乳食を温めたりするのに便利でした。 フロントは英語でコミュニケーションできて良かったです。 ..."
