This house is amazing! My family and I had an awesome time! The house was nice and clean. It had plenty of room for my family of 6. My 4 children are all adults. The house was equipped with everything you might need. The deck had plenty of seating with a nice table to eat at. The dock was perfect for fishing or swimming. We enjoyed the paddle boat and canoe. The cove was nice and quiet The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend this place! We are already planning our next trip!!!

Sue and Dave were great hosts. Very quick to communicate. We left a pillow behind and Sue was kind enough to ship it to us. Check in was easy. The house had everything we needed as well as extras we were not expecting. Such as snacks and basic toiletries. The decor was a bit cluttered. IMHO. Beds were comfortable. The home is in a quite cove and the dock was shared. We did have a minor issue with the bath shower drain but Dave took care of it right away. When reporting the issue to Susan she stated, "I wish the cleaning crew would have reported the shower issue prior to our arrival." Likely the reason they didn't report the shower issue in my opinion was because they didn't clean the shower prior to our arrival and my sister in law cleaned it before she felt comfortable using it. We admit to being somewhat clean freaks so there were areas we felt could have been better maintained. We were satisfied overall. We rented a boat for half a day and explored the lake. Really nice and peaceful. There is a great bike trail a few blocks away that we took advantage of as well. Overall a positive experience. For the price to stay we probably wouldn't revisit. We are likely better suited at a resort setting. We were 2 couples. If you have a larger family group and wanted to be on the water this property is a good choice.

Great Vacation Spot!

I wish I could give more than five stars! The home is beautiful and in a gorgeous setting. Dave and Sue were great hosts and did everything possible to help us make the most of our vacation. Great communication!The Home had every thing you need for a vacation. Lots of fun things for kids to do. The outdoor deck was gorgeous and spacious.Easy access to the water and a boat dock.Do not hesitate to book this vacation home, especially if you like boating and fishing!!!

We rented to get the family together. Susan could not have been more helpful and this place was stocked with all the extras. Wr are hoping to come back in summer to enjoy the lake because the putside area/deck was perfectly set up... Thanks for the usr of your home.

Family Vacation

This is my opportunity to get the family together, my two daughters, their respective spouses, and my two 12 year old grandsons. The cabin was fully stocked with supplies, games to play at night, and things to ride in the lake when we were not boating. Everyone loved the place and want to come back.

Amazing View, Boat Access, & Stay!!

Susan and Dave have a beautiful hidden gem on the lake. Beautiful decore, big kitchen island bar for spreading out buffet style meals, back deck big and toddler friendly. We had a Tritoon boat that fit easily in the slip. Dave met my son and daughter-in-law upon arrival and Susan was just a text away making sure everything was ok. It was better than Ok!!! We loved it!! 3 couples and a baby had plenty of room.

Well managed enjoyable place to stay.

Property was clean and well maintained. Hosts were friendly and available for questions. No steps and easy access to covered boat dock. They provided towels, shampoo, suntan lotion, soaps, kitchen supplies, and various treats. Thanks for making are stay enjoyable.

BEST FALL BREAK GETAWAY!

From the moment I booked this property, Susan was in contact with me. She was so helpful. We are new to renting through VRBO and really didn't know what to expect. She made everything so easy. She was also helpful with things to do and placed to eat. The property is immaculate and is appointed with most anything a family would need for their stay. The house is beautifully decorated, and the beds are so comfy. If you have time for any movie watching, there are plenty of streaming choices in the family area as well as the bedrooms. Susan has shelves of books, DVDs and a drawer full of games and cards to keep everyone busy. The boat dock is easily accessed and so is the house. I just really can't say enough about this rental and Susan and Dave. We had a wonderful time and are planning another trip here for the summer. Thanks again Susan and Dave for having us!
