"Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading...

"I did not check in this hotel, as i tried cancelling the booking on the same day i book. Only had a look at the lobby and lift area.
No other comments."

"Es war alles perfekt! Das Hotel hat neu aufgemacht und es war alles in einem super Zustand. Das Team ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, alles hat gepasst!!

"Un sitio increíble.....un lugar de ensueño para relajarte y disfrutar de todo lo que te rodea, nos hospedamos en una villa preciosa, el desayuno esquisto incluido en el precio y las comidas-cenas deliciosas. La piscina del lobby, la piscina privada de la villa y todos los trabajadores y el director hacen que tu estancia sea inolvidable...el único inconveniente es que llega el día en el que tienes que irte de este lugar maravilloso."
