"There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is...

"We used the private pool everyday that we were there. The butler was very kind. My only suggestion is have more towels. We stayed there for a good amount of days and the amount of towels was not sufficient"

"Had a great time. The staff was great and friendly, and the place is in a great location with fantastic views. The place was clean and very comfortable, with the AC working very well on hot days. The kitchen, while pleasant, lacked some things that would help those who want to cook. Otherwise, it was great."
