Excellent stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Marianna’s “Sunnyside” property, it is super clean and also very convenient to go to Vineyard Haven town center, we’d highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, cookware, beach toys and kitchen’s utensils. The backyard was great for lawn games with our toddler! I highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful home, great location

We stayed here for a long weekend with our 3 teenage kids. Plenty of space for everyone and very clean. Easy walkable location from Vineyard Haven ferry. I would book again!

We had a wonderful week and would certainly book this location again. The home is lovely, spotless, and well appointed. The hosts are communicative and kind. The location is very convenient to the ferry, restaurants, beaches and attractions. 10/10- Highly recommend!

We had an easy time getting to and from Main Street from this cozy little house. The house is very well equipped and has a lovely little back yard.

Fantastic rental on MV

We loved the house- so we’ll laid out and perfect for our party of 4 adults. Everything is brand new and equipped with everything you need. Will definitely stay again!

The house was spacious, lovely and new. The yard was well-maintained and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower.The host left the house well-stocked with basic necessities. The kitchen had all utensils needed.We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. It made beach days more enjoyable.Great home! We would definitely stay again.

Can't imagine there is a better place to stay on MV! This home is immaculate, fully equipped, and so comfortable! It has a lovely beach house feel, inside and out. Plus, a great location! I highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

MV Value, quality, convenience

Outstanding property with every inclusion you could want. Thoughtful touches and high quality standards throughout. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Excellent communication. Walk to shops in VH. Easy access to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown as well. Can't wait to go back!

Our second great stay at this beautiful house

This was our second year staying at "Sunnyside" and it was as awesome as the first. The house and furnishings are new and super clean, while Marianna continues to be a fantastic hope. Thank you Marianna, we hope to be back again!

Very Nice Property

We were really impressed by how clean the house was, and all of the conveniences that came along with it. Great location with easy access to just about every where you need or want to go. Lastly, Marianna was a great host. Answered all questions timely, and provided some really good recommendations.

Great house in very convenient location

We spent the long weekend here as we were on island for a wedding. The location was perfect. We were within short walking distance to Vineyard Haven downtown shopping, dining and Ferry. Marianna was extremely helpful, quickly answering any questions I threw her way. House was fully stocked, well designed and clean. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

A Perfect Place to Stay

I cannot fault this property. It was beautiful inside and out, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. I had great communication with the owner before, during and after my stay. It was within walking distance to the ferry terminal, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. A little haven of tranquility.

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was perfectly situated to walk to Vineyard Haven, or to drive over to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown or anywhere down island. The house was clean, had everything we need, and the setup was perfect for our family of four plus my mother who was able to stay downstairs and have her own bathroom. Marianna, thanks for having us! Hopefully we will be back soon

New and Clean

The house was very clean, I was impressed. The location made it easy to get to Edgartown and Oaks Bluff. There was parking available. I would give the house a 10 out of 10 !!!
