Lambert's Cove Beach Getaway - NEW LISTING Private Beach Access!

  • Originalmente construida en 1890 como una casa para acomodar las ofertas de los pantanos de arándanos, esta pintoresca casita de campo se actualizó a una casa de todo el año en 1980. Se encuentra en 3/4 de un acre de bosque aislado y tiene su propio camino hacia la sección privada de Lambert's Cove Beach. Un paseo de 4 minutos lo lleva a la cresta que domina la arena y el Vineyard Sound. La casa en sí es encantadora y luminosa, llena de detalles rústicos y acabados personalizados. Cocina completamente equipada, acogedora sala de estar con sofá cama, estufa de leña, una cubierta semi envolvente con parrilla de carbón y ducha al aire libre; Todo lo que oirás son los sonidos de la naturaleza y las olas que se estrellan en la distancia. En la planta superior, encontrará dos dormitorios, uno con una cama de tamaño completo y otro con dos camas individuales, un amplio espacio de guardarropas y un baño de 3/4 bien equipado. Esperamos darle la bienvenida a casa!

This place is a gem. It is quite small, but lovingly designed and super cozy. The location is incredible - a beautiful three minute walk through the woods to one of the most magical beaches on the island.

Always magical!

Love this rustic house so much- we are regular renters and just love The Bog House and Lambert’s Cove beach. Early morning walks, sunsets and stargazing make it a perfect getaway!

The house is quaint and rustic - the peace a quiet was incredible- and the walk to the beach and then the view from the top of the hill is the best I have ever seen on MV!

Perfect rustic get away - private path to the best beach

I’ve reviewed before- we keep coming back to Bog House because it’s the perfect get away, provides best of both worlds- cool shady yard with easy access to sunny beautiful beach. Rustic charming and has everything you need for a traditional MV weekend.

Beautiful cottage

This is our third year staying at our favorite cottage on the Vineyard. Clean, cozy and yards from one of the most beautiful beaches in New England. We hope to return for many years to come!

Cozy Getaway in a Wonderful Spot

This simple house in the middle of a secluded property is just what our family wanted for a peaceful getaway. Walk to a stunning beach; take a quick drive to unforgettable hikes; enjoy the quiet of the house and woods. Lambert's Cove is a great location in and of itself and a great starting point for exploring all of Martha's Vineyard.

Perfect beach getaway

Our family loves this compact cottage by the sea. This is our second summer and we have already booked for next year. The Bog House comes with everything you need for a great stay Our family of four was comfortable and we loved being able to walk (3 minutes) to the best beach on the Vineyard - Lambert's Cove. The owners are responsive to questions, the cottage clean, and again, the easy access to the beach is the best. We can't wait to stay again.

Cozy cottage with amazing beach access

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in the woods. The kitchen is fully equipped except for a microwave and the gas grill works perfectly. The bed was soft, but comfortable. The best part was that you're nestled in nature with private access to Lambert's Cove Beach. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

Lovely Lamberts Cove Spot

Second time returning. We love the location: just a short walk into gorgeous Lamberts Cove and close to adventures throughout the island. Cozy spot for our family of three. Thank you for hosting us again Russell and Angela!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! This is a spectacular location with the very short walk down a wooded path to the beach at Lambert's Cove. It was a nice location for food and shopping at Vineyard Haven and visiting our friends in Chilmark. I recommend you arrive during daylight hours as we did - I think it might be tough to find the place for the first time at night. Also, the size of the cottage is perfect for a couple but would work well with one or two small children in the smaller bedroom. Recommended!

Great beach access, but no reading inside

Easy access to a great beach is biggest attribute! We loved it, but we had good weather. But there is no comfortable place to sit inside and only central lights hanging from ceiling; no good for reading. Details: No microwave as listed; good A/C not listed; no directions for TV, so no local news/weather available; smoke detectors removed; no departure instructions for laundry or trash. Seems like the listing has been coasting on beach access, w/o attention to some details. But we had a great time at the beach!

Perfect Vineyard Escape

My husband and two girls stayed here for a quick Vineyard getaway at the end of the school year and it was just what we needed. It was such a charming house and the walk to the beach was wondering. Looking forward to staying again!

Charming Cottage

This was such a sweet and cozy, very charming cottage! It was incredible to be so close to the beach and have access to it. It Felt very private, while also being convenient to so many things. It was very well furnished and we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
