This is a very good property. It is certainly kept very clean. Some fixtures are dated - clearly the original from when property constructed over 20 years ago (eg holes in carpet in one place) I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. The nice wooden table has been badly marked as owners just down do enough to protect it. I couldn’t locate a table cloth.But this is a very good place to stay in beautiful Vincentia. These observations should be taken as constructive criticism. And its perfect for a family with a small, fenced yard. It is very close to he wonderful coastal path and one of Vincentia’s nine beaches.I will book again without hesitation.

Mid week stay

The property is spacious and has well planned areas for eating, relaxing and sleeping. It's North facing and has a nice outdoor area off the living room. It's very clean and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. It's close to a number of beaches along the bay. We would definitely stay again.

Family five with teenage and young adult children really enjoyed our stay at Saltbush. Close to beautiful Orion beach and walking path. Neat and clean, with nice outdoor area. Great overall except internet connection dodgy!

Family Short Stay By Beach

Three bedroom neat and tidy unit that had everything we needed. It was great to disconnect from technology with no wifi. Very close to the beach and great walk to Vincentia Shops with a Coles. Smaller town with less hustle and Huskinsen is just a quick drive. Enjoyed bike hire, fishing, beach activities and snorkeling.

Property in need of refurbishing

The fitout and furnishings were old and tired (more so than in the photos advertised) and in need of a refresh. Specific issues and areas for improvement: - hot water tap handle in the main shower was broken when we arrived and kept falling off - tv didn’t work for most of the time (we kept getting an error message that there was an issue with the aerial connection) - no wifi, which was as advertised, but was more of a nuisance than expected given the tv aerial connection issue and 4G signal was poor - although there was a dvd player, no dvds were provided - the laundry detergent bottle was empty, so we had to go and buy our own - no dishwashing sponges were provided (only a couple of old and used brushes) - no basic toiletries were provided (only hand soap We felt the 4.9/5 rating on Stayz was misleading. One positive was the location, being just a short drive to Hyams Beach and Huskisson.

Great location

Very nice place within walking distance (3min) to Orion Beach. Close to the centre of Vincentia and quick drives to all of the lovely beaches in Jervis Bay. We had a lovely stay and the villa had everything we needed for our family. The only thing missing was wifi which would have been convenient for our stay.

Amazing Family Holiday

Best Family Holiday in Years!

This home is awesome!. It's very clean and has absolutely everything you need. The owner has gone to great lengths to cater to everyone's needs and we were very happy. It is very close to Vincentia Shopping Village and only 100m walk to the walking trail that connects you to some great beaches. We will definitely be back!
