The Space:

Discover the Villa des Rêves, a haven of peace in Villers-sur-Mer designed to combine luxury, comfort, and leisure. Every space has been crafted to offer an unforgettable experience, blending relaxation, sport, and elegance.



Air-conditioned suites: 5 elegant suites with private bathrooms and toilets (including 1 on the ground floor with a private terrace and 1 with a bathtub). King or Queen-size beds with premium bedding. All beds are separable.



Cinema room: Cozy atmosphere, 85-inch screen, immersive sound, and a high-comfort sofa bed for 2 additional guests.



Main lounge: Refined furnishings and elegant décor, perfect for gathering with family or friends.



Main kitchen: Fully equipped, ideal for cooking or hosting a private chef. Professional Nespresso machines (capsules provided) are available.



Dining room: Elegant and bright, with majestic bow windows offering garden views.



Terraces: Large table for 14 guests and a cozy corner with table for 6, ideal for children’s dinners. Comfortable garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors.



Heated pool: Outdoor, at 30°C (86°F), secured with a rolling cover, perfect for swimming or lounging. Year-round heated



Jacuzzi: Relaxing bubbles in a privileged setting (reserved for adults or under supervision).



Padel court: Private, panoramic, and lit, unique in Normandy (rackets for hire 15€, balls to sell 8€).



Leisure: Table tennis, Sonos sound system in all rooms and around the pool to create unique musical moments.



Landscaped park: 3,500 m² of greenery, intimate nooks, and peaceful spaces.



Summer kitchen: With large Weber gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals.



Hotel services: Breakfast service, regular or daily housekeeping, private chef, chauffeur, babysitting, massages, yoga, excursions, sports activities on request, and of course, private padel lessons with a professional coach.



Note: The Villa des Rêves can adapt its bedding — King or Queen-size beds can be separated into twin beds to suit groups, padel training camps, or seminars.

Enjoy full access to all areas of the Villa des Rêves. The five air-conditioned suites, each with a private bathroom and toilet, offer unmatched comfort. Relax in the cinema room with its large screen and sofa bed. Share convivial moments in the main lounge, the fully equipped kitchen, or the bright dining room with its decorative fireplace. Access to the heated pool and jacuzzi is included, as well as the private padel court (unique in Normandy). Enjoy the landscaped park and the summer kitchen for outdoor dining. For your entertainment, a table tennis set and the Sonos sound system are available throughout the villa. Finally, recharge your electric vehicles during your stay at no extra cost.

For guests arriving by car, free parking for up to 6 vehicles is available on-site, along with an electric vehicle charging station. Deauville-Normandie Airport is only a 15-minute drive away, and a shuttle service can be arranged upon request. Deauville’s luxury boutiques, casino, and renowned restaurants are just 10 minutes away by car.

Please note that check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out options are subject to a variable fee corresponding to approximately 50% of a night's stay (conditions apply). Please contact us for pricing and availability. Parties and events are strictly prohibited to ensure peace and respect for the neighborhood. The Villa des Rêves is a non-smoking property indoors. Pets are welcome, with an additional fee. Access to the pool, jacuzzi, and padel court is reserved for residents only. Children must be supervised at all times. The pool cover must be closed when not in use. The jacuzzi is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart conditions. Free on-site parking is available, including an electric vehicle charging station. - Early Arrival at Villa Reves

Enjoy early check-in (before 5:00 PM) and access to all the facilities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, and paddle tennis court. You can check in to the villa from 8:00 AM. The price varies depending on the season, but is approximately 50% of the nightly rate.



- Late Departure at Villa Reves

Enjoy a later check-out (after 11:00 AM) and still have access to all the facilities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, and paddle tennis court. The villa is yours until 6:00 PM. The price varies depending on the season, but is approximately 50% of the nightly rate.



- Daily Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping service (except for 2-night stays). Our housekeeping team can come to the villa daily to make the beds, refresh and clean the bathrooms and kitchen areas, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay.

The cost is €100 per night.



- Continental Breakfast Served at Your Table

For €28 per person per day (all taxes included), enjoy a breakfast served at your table, including yogurt or fromage blanc, fresh seasonal fruit, baguette and artisanal pastries, butter, and jam. Beverages included: freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, milk, tea, or hot chocolate.
