    This warm, modern longère sleeps 6, with spacious, light-filled living rooms, a heated swimming pool, a basketball court, a large garden and a terrace for dining in the sun, with barbecue and plancha.

    This house is ideal for a family or group of friends on holiday who want to combine peace and quiet, greenery and proximity to the various seaside resorts.

    On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, a large, bright living room with a usable fireplace, opening onto a lovely outdoor terrace.

Großes Haus mit super Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem großen Haus! Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt alles was man braucht und dazu einen Pool und ganz viel Spielzeug. Perfekt für Familien.Es gibt lediglich zwei kleine Kritikpunkte:1. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Es war zwar nicht dreckig, aber manche Küchenutensilien/Geschirr waren nicht perfekt sauber und in manchen Ecken gab es etwas Staub.2. Kommunikation auf Englisch war nicht möglich. Wir können aber kein Französisch. Daher mussten wir uns mit Mimik/Gestik und mit Hilfe von Übersetzungs Apps verständigen. Hat aber funktioniert. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!

Great house and location beware my pacome conciergerie!!

This was the second time we’d stayed in this very expensive property! We love the area and the swimming pool / trampoline. Unfortunately the concierge they use are awful. First off- don’t even attempt to stay here if you don’t speak French- the directions to property aren’t clear and they don’t speak good enough English to help you. This time round - I asked if I could borrow a cot and high chair. They said ok but I had to pay €60 which they had to receive before I stayed otherwise I wasn’t allowed to stay… On arrival - the concierge couldn’t get the cot to work and there weren’t any straps on the high chair so I couldn’t use it. To add to that- there was already a cot and a high chair at the property so they needn’t have charged me at all. When I dared to ask for a reimbursement of my €60 (tip of the iceberg to be honest but it’s the principle!!) they told me in no uncertain terms that they would not be doing that and that they would in fact be taking money off my deposit because they needed a second concierge to clean the property after we (a family of 5) left. I inspected the property with the concierge on departure and he had absolutely no complaints about the state of the property (fortunately I speak French). MyPacome know nothing about customer service - we will never be returning to any of their managed properties. Also during our stay, the automatic robot lawnmower almost crushed our 7 month old child. Shame as we love the outside of the property/ area.

Fantastic stay

This property and it's location is incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. Whilst there, we had very hot weather and spent most of our time in the gorgeous pool. Our kids (3yr old twins) loved the trampoline as well. The house remained cool throughout the day and night despite the high temperatures outside. Villers-sur-mer plage and town was a 20 minute walk away (longer up hill on the way back with prams!). As an aside, it was very helpful that I spoke French, otherwise not sure we would have found the property! Only constructive feedback I'd give is that it would be helpful to have an information pack or something with restaurant / activity recommendations that you could flick through on arrival. Also, maybe give slightly longer for the handover as when we arrived, some of the rubbish bins were still full of the last guests' belongings and there was still laundry in the washing machine.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist schön, aber die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Mülleimer im Bad waren nicht geleert, das Geschirr haben wir erst einmal in den Geschirrspüler gepackt. Die Ecken sollte man besser nicht genauer inspizieren, genauso wie man nicht unter das Sofa und die Betten gucken sollte. Außerdem gab es im Vorraus etwas Verwirrungen, weil uns die falsche Adresse gegeben wurde. Erst nach mehrmaligem Hinweis, dass das nicht das Haus sein kann, wurde uns die richtige Adresse mitgeteilt. Der Garten und der Pool sind aber sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit genossen. Für Kinder ist mit Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte und Basketballkorb für Abwechslung gesorgt und den Kindern ist es ja egal, wenn es nicht tiptop sauber ist.
