Welcome to Villeneuve-lès-Béziers, in our charming village house ideal for 4 to 6 guests. Located in a peaceful and authentic environment, it is just a 2-minute walk from the Canal du Midi and about 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Valras-Plage and Sérignan.

You will enjoy 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, as well as a lovely furnished rooftop terrace, perfect for meals, aperitifs, or relaxing in the sun.

The property is located in a quiet Mediterranean village, offering the perfect setting between sea, nature, and heritage.



The Space:

The house is spread over several levels:

On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a hallway leading to a large games room equipped with a foosball table, darts, and a small fridge. This room gives access to a separate toilet, a bathroom with washing machine, as well as a closed garage ideal for bicycles or motorcycles.

From the hallway, a staircase decorated with cement tiles leads to the first floor. There you will find a first bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, as well as a bright living area with lounge and fully equipped open kitchen.

On the second floor, a bedroom with bunk beds and adjoining toilet leads to a third bedroom with a double bed. This room opens onto a lovely sunny rooftop terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a plancha grill.

The property is fully private and reserved for your exclusive use. You will enjoy all spaces independently for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
