"We have just returned from a fantastic last-minute short break to the south of Sardinia. We wanted to experience this part of the island between Cagliari and Villasimius. "Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche im Süden von Sardinien. Nach kurzer flexibler Absprache wurden wir nach unserer Ankunft von den netten Vermietern begrüßt. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Insbesondere der großzügige Aussenbereich mit mehreren Terrassen, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Vorhallen der Aussendusche haben uns gut gefallen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich unproblematisch frei bewegen konnte— insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt."

"Die Unterkunft hat es an nichts vermissen lassen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sauber und der Gastgeber Roberto war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da wir nachts ankamen hatte er uns freundlicherweise ein paar Flaschen Wasser bereit gestellt. Ebenfalls konnten wir am Abreisetag länger als bis 10 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben. "We spent a week at this villa and couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The villa was spotless, designed to a high spec and the pool was brilliant for the kids with deep water so they could play properly. The garden is beautifully landscaped making it a lovely place to relax. The beach that is 2 minutes walk has brilliant snorkelling for young kids. There is a good array of local restaurants a small drive away and a local marina with well priced boat trips. There is also a larger beach nearby...

"Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Villasimius in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft, am Nachmittag liegt die Veranda und der Garten im Schatten, so dass man auch an heissen Tagen viel Zeit draussen (in der Hängematte) verbringen kann. Mit dem Auto hat man mit wenigen Minuten Fahrt eine ganze Reihe von wunderschönen Stränden zur Auswahl. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und sehr netter Kontakt mit der sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieterin Giovanna. Absolut empfehlenswert."

The location is really quiet, but only a few minutes from Solanas where there is a beach, a small shop and several nice restaurants. Go to Villasimius for a bigger shop and more choices of beaches and restaurants."

"Siamo stati ottimamente accolti e seguiti da Andrea. Presente senza mai essere invadente. Se avevi bisogno c’era sempre e rispondeva subito. La casa , com’è ovvio che sia, l’abbiamo vissuta poco, si partiva al mattino e si rientrava la sera, però ha tutto, dal forno al condizionatore per passare da lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La sera regnava il silenzio assoluto e si può parcheggiare all’interno del cancello la propria auto. Consigliata."

"Die Anreise konnten wir flexibel mit Andrea abmachen und wir wurden herzliche empfangen. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern und haben sehr gut Platz gefunden. Dank des Tores am Eingang blieben die Kinder stets im Blickfeld. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und in wenigen Schritten ist man am grossen Strand von Solanas. "Das Haus bietet mit seinen vielen Räumen und insbesondere den überdachten Aussenflächen einen idealen Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist wunderbar, ein Auto aber erforderlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Barbara ist außergewöhnlich; sie antwortetet immer sehr schnell und hilft sofort."

"Das Haus hat alles, was benötigt wird und ist mit viel Liebe und gutem sardischem Geschmack eingerichtet! Die Kommunikation mit Deborah hat hervorragend funktioniert. Das Haus bietet nebst der gemütlichen Terrasse verschiedene Zimmer mit zum Teil separatem Eingang, was genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit im Garten verbracht und haben uns unter der Dusche abgekühlt. Das Meer ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein Fahrrad wäre sicher eine gute Möglichkeit, um Strand...

"Bella villetta a due passi dalla spiaggia di Campolongu, una delle più belle della zona. La struttura è un po' datata ma provvista di ogni confort dalla lavatrice, aria condizionata, doppio frigorifero e giardino. La zona è fantastica e ogni giorno ci lasci il cuore. The description is as it is, spacious villa with lots of outdoor space, bbq, beautiful views, close to very nice beach with sand and rocks (nice for fun as snorkelling, jumping in etc), with restaurant as well. "Siamo 2 famiglie composte da 4 e 3 persone. Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in agosto nella villetta del Sig. Massimo. La villetta è strutturata su 2 livelli, è particolare, accogliente, molto pulita, ordinata e rifornita di tutto il necessario. Dal giardino, molto curato e pieno di bellissime piante e fiori, si ha una bellissima vista sul mare, dove la luna di sera si rispecchia. Dal residence si accede a piedi o in auto direttamente alla spiaggia di Porto Sa Ruxi di cui una parte è riservata...

"Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa con amici e bambini. La casa si trova molto vicino al mare. È molto ben fornita e accessoriata. Casa davvero accogliente con una sala davvero grande. Doccia esterna molto ben fruibile e barbecue esterno enorme. La zona è perfetta con mare fantastico. Il paesino è piuttosto piccolo e ha ben poco da offrire, ma gli spostamenti sono agevoli. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile con consigli e indicazioni puntuali e molto cordiali"

"Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, das Haus war sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe trotz Sprachbarrieren reibungslos. Ein Hinweis auf die vielen, teils recht hohenTreppenstufen, wäre vorab hilfreich gewesen. Mülltrennung wird akribisch gewünscht, aber die Tonnen stellt der Gast raus. Das Haus liegt in einem separaten Areal, die Straße wird mit elektrischer Schranke gesperrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Strand über eine steile Treppe bei Hitze mit guter Fitness...

"Die Lage des Cormoran ist das einzig schöne. Der Strand wäre traumhaft, jedoch wird man von lauter Musik beschallt von allen Seiten. Die Strandbar, der Pool und auch am Volleyball Feld werden zeitweise gleichzeitig mit unterschiedlicher Musik bespielt. An etwas Ruhe ist nicht zu denken. Die Sonnenschirme werden für den ganzen Aufenthalt vergeben und wir wurden direkt neben der Strandbar plaziert und verstanden kaum das eigene Gespräch. "Familiar with Villasimius we wanted to change from our usual accommodation and booked for the 1st time Le Bouganville. We booked a panoramic appartment and result was outstanding. The view was extraordinary with la isola dei cavoli and Capo Carbonara on one side and the countryside view at the back with herds of ewes and rural life. The appartment was clean and quiet.
