The villa can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to a functional distribution of spaces, with 1 bedroom and 2 welcoming living areas. Guests will be able to enjoy comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking and all the services necessary for a relaxing stay between the sea and nature.

To fulfil the identification obligations provided for by Italian regulations on public security, Propertize requires all guests to complete, before arrival, the identification procedure through its secure check-in system. The procedure may include entering identity document details and identity verification. You will also be required to sign the rental contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the rental contract and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents addressed to the guest.
