*QUIET TIME - 8 PM
*Do not be loud at anytime during day or night - that will disturb the neighbors - POLICE WILL BE CALLED and they will write tickets.
*Do not turn onto the neighbors driveway. Do not walk onto neighboring properties or inquire anything from the neighbors at anytime. There is plenty of space to turn around on the property. Do not park in front of the fire hydrant!

This beautiful home is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive to the Delaware Bay Beach or 15 minute walk to the most amazing sunsets in South Jersey. Short 15 minute drive to Cape May, Wildwood and most of Cape May county attractions. Close to restaurants, 2 local vineyards, 6 local breweries, Acme, Wawa etc.

Home with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, & an oversized outside shower, kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and feeding your entire party.

* Main Floor: The Primary Bedroom, en-suite Bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, 2nd bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, Laundry Area and a large back deck with gas BBQ.

* Second Floor: 2 Bedrooms, large 3rd jack & jill bathroom between the bedrooms. Out of the two bedrooms the largest one serves as an Entertainment Room featuring a pool table, air-hockey, ping-pong and foosball. This room can sleep multiple guests.
* There are 6 large screen TV's, through-out the house with super-fast internet. Parking on the driveway for 9 cars.
*Extra fee of $40/night/each guest over 10 guests..

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms:

- the en-suite sleeps 3 guests as follows: 2 guests in the one king size bed and 1 guest in the trundle under the king bed
- 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor sleeps 3 guests as follows: 2 guests in one queen size bed and 1 guest in the pull out trundle under the queen bed
- 3rd bedroom on 1st floor the sleeps 3 guests as follows: 2 guests in the one king size bed and 1 guest in the pull out trundle under the queen bed
- living room can sleep up to 5 guests as follows: 2 guests on the couch which can be be configured to your needs, additionally there are 3 floor mattresses available in the house which are stored either the upstairs closets or in the main bedroom closet

Second floor - 2 bedrooms one of them also serves as the entertainment room

- 4th bedroom sleeps 4guests - 2 in one queen size bed, 2 in one full size bed
- 5th bedroom which also serves as the entertainment room features 3 sofas which can sleep 1 guest each, additionally 1 twin bed can be made out of the 3 ottomans present in the room.
